Well am a Ghanaian who happened to find this thread,have read through and as the other guy rightly said don't use illegal means to acquire our passport because you would never get the genuine one and it might land you into trouble although you might have good intentions.I can assist you on any information for legal citizenship because we also have laws that permits dual citizenship without renouncing your original citizenship.

but from what read online.the Turkish e.visa belong to those with valid schengen visa or resident permits,u.k, irland or u.s visa and returning tickets for your trip.
