lism:this is the best statement ever! That I've read in a long while going through a junk of pessimistic crap. Such a narrow time frame with no actual date would do just fine. Thank you for your effort, cause we clearly can't swallow another Nov.2... 1 Like |

Jiva:It's because every possible topic regarding this frustrating payment has been discussed extensively. Nobody currently on this scheme has ever experienced such a delay...we've called, filled forms online, made corrections online, taken surveys, had different payment dates thrown around...reportedly from their office. This House has had enough...thus the silence 7 Likes |

Fixcer:You can only apply for a new card if you have at least N1000...or N1500 in your Agbami account. I can't place my finger on the right figure. But there MUST be cash, school ID, and then your award letter of course. It's easy...the downside might just be that nasty delay again. Location might be a factor...especially since most of them are manufactured in Lagos and distributed to various branches in Nigeria. 1 Like |

Not only a nightmare my brother. This info in here says "by" 2nd...not "on" the 2nd. So even on the 2nd also seems to be an obvious MAYBE...plus card renewal makes it almost on Christmas for those of us with October on our cards. It's going to be a long long wait. |

Maninchrist, most of us are right in the fire. Debts hanging here and there. What's the use of Social Media if one can't vent? Truth be told, Abgami pays in August...unless you are new. Anyway, this is Nigeria so we've adjusted from August to September to October. Now its October. We hope it doesn't surpass this week... |

Politics / Re: ASUU STRIKE: Do You Think They Must Be Given N92billion? by Stiphler: 12:59am On Aug 15, 2013 |
everyday what we keep hearing is: we held a meeting, negotiations are going on...blah-blah-blah. Now we know it is because of N92b...initially they made it sound like only N12,500. Nobody is talking about improving our learning conditions in overcrowded lecture halls. Its only the earn allowance that they are very hot on. FYI improving labs and stuff is the 9th and last item on their "vision 20/20" list. In 2009 the hottest item was the age adjustment when most of them were 63-64. Govt obliged and every Ade and Ada was happy and went back to school. Now exactly 4yrs later...if you do the math right, most of them are now 67-68 yr old so there's nothing to loose actually. so that's why that N92b is a MUST before govt retire their sorry old rumple faces... |
