True to some extent

Hausas can love anybody as far as you can stay out of troubles and also manage to speak their language.

You are right about yorubas in religion tolerance No other good traits

But the first trait of the Igbos is that they don't support injustice, they can fight for the oppressed no matter who, more than they can fight for themselves

But Nigeria is not all about Hausas, Igbo and Yoruba. We have Efik, Bini, Ijaw, calabari, ibibio, Idoma, igala, Tiv, etc
sure, we have many tribes and ethnic groups. i the person that create this thread i am from a michika tribe in adamawa. northerners refers to us as nyamiri arewa(i.e northern igbos) because our people like money and business. and just like igbos we are predominantly christians

Politics / Some Good Attribute Of The 3 Major Tribes In Nigeria by StonesA: 3:11pm On Jan 26, 2023
Coming from a northern minority...

1.HAUSA: one good habit i found out among the hausas is that, in every situation they express GRATITUDE. they see every disappointment as a blessings.

2: IGBO: one good attribute i like about the igbo people is their BRAVENESS. an Igbo man can travel across the seven oceans to an unknown country to start his business without the fear of the unknown, that is why i see so many of them in northern cities and villages, even with the issue of terrorism in maiduguri i still see so many igbo owned businesses.

3.YORUBA: one good thing i like about yoruba people is their TOLERANCE. in some families you will find out that a father is a christian while the mother is a muslim, and you will see them living peacefully without any form of division

Dsalvo:
No doubt Hausas are very hardworking but some of it has to do with the fact that they are a people Northern leaders have not empowered to be equal to others so they have no choice but to do the most menial and hardest work in society.

The aim in life is to work smarter not harder. Hard work is Commendable if it ends up giving you a better life.

Hardwork related to offloading bags of cement all day for 3k is not commendable Hardwork. It is the Hardwork of those with lowest skillset who have no employment prospect than jobs like that.

I think Northern leaders and elite are the most cruel, callous and uncaring in the world. Followed by Igbo leaders and elites.
thanks for your contribution Sir, i, myself that create this topic i am a notherner and i can testify to you that our leaders does not care about us

Go and find out most of those people doing odd jobs such as meruwa (water supply) shoe repair, gateman etc are from Niger .. can you go to North and do such job? Same thing applied to Nigeria hausas,
i can 100% assure that these guys are Nigerian hausas they are everywhere makurdi, onistha, jos, ibadan, owerri
Politics / Hausa Are The Most Hardworking Tribe In Nigeria by StonesA: 8:32pm On Nov 13, 2022
first of all before i brief you on this subject, i need to clarify you that i am not a hausa man, i am a middle belter, i am only trying to share my view even though i know that some people may disagree with me but i have my reason for saying so, just follow me

Fore instance if you go to lagos: in the midst of busy nature, full of buzzing and hustling, the hausas are not found wanting in any way. But instead they are in business and industrious just trying to make a headway in ensuring their daily earnings.

I believe that they are the most hardworking tribe in nigeria and there is a reason for this. There is never a job too difficult or demeaning for them so far they can use it to cater for the needs of their wives and children back in the village.

Hausas are engaged in quit a lot of odd jobs, the type that some youth from other tribes consider it to be below their status, jobs like shoe repaires, money exchanging, water supply business, okada, condemn iron etc

The Huasas during the festivities period made so much money especially the goat sellers among them. Some of them are located in fagba and its environs, amongs others and were busy making their money.

The hausas after they have worked consistently for about 3-4 months, would travel to their villages to take break from all the hardwork and especially to take the returns home for their families. However befor that they would have brought and introduce their brother or friend in the business to take charge while the go meet their families at home. they do so, so that there is a continuity in the business even if their not there.

This is my own neutral view

I am so sorry my contribution is coming so late from my last time here. I actually created this moniker just for this topic and at a time, I had to change my last phone in June 2021. I had forgotten the password to this account and all my efforts at retrieving 8t yielded no results. I had to repair my old phone just to retrieve the password to this account.

I did mention some probiotics which looked promising based on the positive reviews I got on Amazon. I'd try them - spent a fortune to import them to Nigeria. I purchased 3 bottles of 30 tabs each to be used for 90 days within which there must be significant improvement as promised by the 0roducers of the probiotics in USA. However, after using the supplements for more than 75 days without any noticeable improvement, I wrote the organisation selling the products expressing my frustrations at not getting the desired results. Below is their response to my complaint:

Hi. Our Oral 4B has the maximum amount of BLIS K12 and BLIS M18 available today (over 4B+ CFUs (Colony Forming Units) and our customers have and continue to experience excellent results when used in combination with a good oral hygiene routine. I consulted with our medical advisory team and they strongly recommend that you see a dental professional to rule out any underlying causes, such as periodontal disease, sinus issues, or gastrointestinal disease. If you have an underlying issue you will need to be treated with more than oral probiotics. Please be sure to tell your doctor that you have been taking oral probiotics with 4B+ CFUs or BLIS K12 and M18 for 3 months so they understand that this is a serious issue and don't dismiss it as you simply not caring for yourself. It's unfortunate that our Oral 4B is not the answer for you right now. Hopefully, your doctor will be able to determine the underlying issue. Please keep us posted. Sincerely, Kate -PUR Nutraceuticals

I went to my personal physician upon reading this response for further consultation but I was surprised and disappointed by his response. He reduced my 17 years of agony to mere psychological. He says 95% of those who think they suffer from halitosis do not actually suffer from it but it is in their head. I disagreed with him on this and gave him practical instances. He maintained his theory and when I saw that it was useless arguing with him, I quit discussing it with him

I have used several herbal teas in between both local and imported and there seems to be no end in sight.

Reading from you has also given me an insight into more areas of research and I'll also keep researching. I was in the UK mid last year but the Covid-19 pandemic did not give me chance to move around much. I intend to go again before the year runs out and I am already researching on places to visit to get more medical advice. I'll also bring up the areas you have mentioned.

I'll give an update if there is anything before or after my UK visit

All the best!
