Peoples problem ? Pride. Even if I have millions of dollars in the bank if someone gives me 2000 Naira I would appreciate it. I just see it as free money. Although I draw the limit at 1000 Naira. If you are giving me less than 1000 Naira then am slapping you ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ . The way I see it 1000 Naira is 3 bottles of malt. You just bought me 3 malt

Reverse japa is a thing.

But those who do it have already secured either permanent residency or citizenship before doing so. Sukkot, I swear with my dog, if you ain't British, you won't reverse japa. True or false?
nooo bro my reverse japa has absolutely nothing to do with citizenship. Itโ€™s a spiritual matter hehe

Foreign Affairs / Re: Egypt Devalues Its Pound, Loses Over 50% Against US Dollars by sukkot: 4:38pm On Mar 06
Treadway:
you already contradicted yourself bros and strengthened my assertion. Their money 'spends' like the dollar, meaning their earning also spends like the dollar..which means this their drop to 50:1 is still far far far far more manageable than our 1600+:1, cos it means it still has far more value, and they would still be able to manage their situation well UNLIKE us who are very close to spending as much as westerners while not earning anything close to westerners. Catch my drift bro?
nah bro their money spends like the dollar but their earnings is not like America hence lots of poverty and beggars in Egypt

Lol... The "cooker" metaphor you used is apt.
We've all had to spend more of our personal incomes globally but those of us who were prepared based on past economic cycles have adjusted.

The volcanic heat IMHO is everywhere! There's global hyperinflation and if global military tensions increase in the mid-East to the point where Iran militarily targets Israel directly, the world will truly know what's up with a spike in crude oil prices and countries will have to pay more for energy! My younger bruv who lives in Manchester with his fam and I spoke two days ago and the same issues prevail in terms of high cost of living (but folks who are prepared have adjusted by increasing their streams of income prior to this time and cutting costs).

yeah multiple streams of income and cutting costs as you said. What part of Manchester is your brother ?

Travel / A Man Sells His House To Japa And Wants To Buy A House To Japada by sukkot: 2:57pm On Mar 06
Itโ€™s like discovering what is in sokoto has been in your sokoto all this while. And this post is only for homeowners who japa. The man landed in jand and soon discovered that he had vacated a life of relative ease and rest of mind and jumped into a fast moving hamster wheel. Now he wants to return back to his old life but he has used most of the money to japa. So he reckons 15 years of labor in the uk would be enough time to gather money to get a house in Nigeria so he can japada

Try NGN1600+ to a dollar
their money spends like the dollar though. Like a t shirt could cost you 20 dollars in Egypt. Thatโ€™s 40 thousand Naira. So itโ€™s not as simple as you guys try to make it out

The hamster wheel being heavy taxation and heavy billing and work , unless say you win the lottery and jump off the hamster wheel. Is a human created to be put on a hamster wheel ? Till he drops off and dies. Are we human hamsters ? Is this our purpose on earth is to be hamsters on a wheel ?
