I have two problems

1. My ammps server did not want to open the phpmyadmin interface. What happen was that, I have a user I created, so after writing an SQL query to interact with a table variable, so that it will return true, the sql is not return the the variable, as a matter of fact, the connection keep dying, so as a learner that I am, i tried to use another user(root, localhost), but couldn't remember ste any password for it, so I tried to remove the password. Boom! Access. Pls help.

2. This is actually what led to the problem of my ampps. I tried to query one part of the datbase table, but it is not returning the require value. what code do I need to show that a user exist, let say I querry the dbase, about a particular username, when the user name is entered, if the user name is in that table them it will return exist.

ZinoFego: Is the extension a module, component, template or a plugin? That will determine what you should do next. I explained all that during the course of this class. You can read through this thread, it will help.

Ok, I have fixed the problem. Thanks to google, my problem now is that I want to download a simplified template for the extension.

I'm sure it's the external linking of the css that's ur problem. Sunday has trashed that out perfectly, just read like 2 pages back.

@sunday and ade, I didn't really take a look at the kind of site ade is constructing. If it's an interactive where you post comments then you don't only need Js and Php, you also need a database language like my sql and co. Make una two collabo, una go make a hood team.

Learning these things would take sometime, but just keep your head up.

If I am to build that kind of site for you, I may even charge you 70k that's the truth man. So let that ginger you to trash this web design and development well.

yes, torrent downloader are use to downlaod large files, yo can still use it for small one though, as for Adobe photoshop, considering the cost of internet in this country, I will advise u to buy a copy of the CD and use, I got my Adobe photoshop CS6 extended for 500 naira, a friend but it for me from lagos, I stay in otukpo benue. So try and ask in software shop in your area or tell them to other for you, because the Data size is much(1.xxGB). Except you are using a wireless and a superfast ntwrk.

How to use utorrent. If you dont have it, download and install it, search for a file u want to download, make sure the file is a torrent file, may be u want to download photoshop, after seeing it on the site, if it is a torrent the site may indicate, click and download it(the size of this one is relatively small.) after downloading this open, it will start downloading in your utorent.

if you are on whatsapp it will be better, but I am still a learner, what I will advice you to do as your time schedule is some how short now, is that you pay some one to do it for you, them you go and learn it so that you will be able to manage the site. I am also desperate to learn it now, before I go back to school, becuase I have got some biz plans around it.

it is not compulsory for u to use PHP in designing all ur page, but in the case of mysch.com... U need a server side scripting language, like PHP, RUBY ...., becuase, it is the Server side script that will process your post and display it(i.e what u mean as responsive). To put it simple html cannot archieve that,

your question is not clear, a page link as in how, did mean the (A) tag?. What language are you using to create the site, is it PHP

just a fast approach, if you have not started from the beginning of this lesson make sure you do so and if you already did, still use it as reference.

If you are linking a css from an external file them you shoul go with this, having in ming that you will the that css file with a .css extension, example.css, incredible.css. ok

After writing your css code in example.css or incredible.css.

stay on the page, press ctrl F on your keyboard and type download in the field. Try to follow one of the link provided, and check, if that is not giving u alink, go back again and try other the other search which the action of the ctrl f have found, most likely, try the one that shows like a button or the one that has an arrow pointing down

I have have posted my ordeal on this thread after installing my joomla, when i restart the system and it keep showing. Error showing the error page:Application Instantiation Error. As for me my problems seem to be solved after I ignore it for a while and return to it again.
And as i was saying, google searched the bolded, lo and behold my my problem was solved. As I came across this
