Not true. The scammers have apps which they get these info from. But they don't have all the info, so they need the customers to help them with the rest info. So the public should be wise.

1. You don't know the class of degree of other applicants. It could happen that there are only few 2.1 applying.

2. The point difference between 2.1 and 2.2 is not so much. You can neutralize it with a good motivation letter. Take time to prepare your motivation letter and if there is interview prepare well too. Your chances are higher.

I know someone with 2.2 who got admitted to Tartu this year.

She got admitted to a programme that the requirement for intake is 2.2

Take your original and a copy of your Bsc certificate to a notary lawyer. He will stamp and seal the photocopy while he sights the original.

Not all lawyers are notary lawyers. So go to a high court and ask.

If yes, only the school can tell you when. But many programme there don't have Skype interview.

I thought because I am yet to submit my test of English, they may not have analized my document. So I can't count number of times I have changed words and add new words and so on. I have paid the application fee. Hope this won't have a detrimental effect?

guys i just got conditional offer. and they said i should post my documents. the problem is that i have not graduated yet, i am in my final semester so my transcript does not have the final semester transcript. also they said i should send notarized copy of diploma,transcript. also they have given me a deadline of one month to post, should i send my current transcript.
ps. i mailed them they have not replied till now.
