I ve in the same situation in 1man company in lagos,in 2009 he pays january salary wen it isfebuary 28and on like dat till he started owing us like 7months sal, oh boy see hw the boys were nt smiling esp married men cld take money from dia wife bags behind dia back for transportation to work, one guy even said his wife told him to get dressed n she will give him transport money for d month, later d MD came to accuse us in a staff meeting dat for us to be ccoming to work wen he cldnt pay sal, dat means we were stealing his goods to sell behind him to ve money,he said we shld spy on each oda and if we caught our colleague stealing we shld report to him directly and he will give d person 5K n no talk on payn our arrears, many staffs bcame angry and resigned after dat, I waited a month later n resigned too, later we were paid our arrears, d remaining staffs had dia sal slash into 2.
1man biz is nt a realiable work, I too will be an employer but not to own my staffs salary. It is not right.
