But one day i told myself that i know i stammer and that no longer news to my friends and family members so why do i hide and keep quite when my contribution is needed somewhere. what did i do?. I learn to control my speech when speaking and when it gets to words difficult for me to pronounce, i stop and simply take a deep breath before continuing my speech, lo and behold i discover that my rate of stammering reduce drastically and now i can confidently make presentation in places without considering my stammering nature. In summary, put the stammering behind you and see yourself as every other person and over time it will be history. God help you my friend.

THE CULPABILITY OF CHIEF JONATHAN DERENGBENGHA GOVERNOR (JOGOV) AND OFFICERS OF THE JOINT MILITARY TASK FORCE (JTF) 3RD BATTALION,NIGERIA ARMY BARRACKS EFFURUN, UVWIE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA,DELTA STATE.
OUR DEMAND FOR JUSTICE!

We at the Niger Delta People Salvation Front cum Niger Delta People Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) hereby states as follows.

That on Tuesday 23rd of October 2012 at about 5:30 PM, our friend, brother and very senior member Comrade Anthony Omoro in company of one Faith Bille his girlfriend, visited Chief Jonathan Derengbengha Governor popularly known as JOGOV at his Tiberus Hotel along Refinery road, Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area (LGA).

That the visit of Anthony Omoro a renowned Ijaw musician to Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) became necessitated by the telephone conversation he Comrade Anthony Omoro had with another reputable Ijaw musician Barrister Smooth.

That Barrister Smooth had informed Comrade Anthony Omoro that the Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) had informed him Barrister Smooth that a certain Fidelis Amani had made confessional statement to Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) alleging Comrade Anthony Omoro as his accomplice in a threat to life attack and ransom demand on Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV).

Barrister Smooth also informed Comrade Anthony Omoro that Fidelis Amani had made calls on Chief Jonathan Governor demanding Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000) ransom in other to save the Chief from been assassinated having been involved in adulterous relationship.

That Comrade Anthony Omoro on been informed by Barrister Smooth on this alleged threat to life and ransom demand accusation, immediately made calls on Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) expressing shock and disbelief at his been alledged and implicated in such an despicable act against Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) whom he regards as a father and had played music for severally.

Through this telephone conversation, Chief Jonathan Governor thus invited the unsuspecting Comrade Anthony Omoro to come over to see him at his Tiberus Hotel along Refinery road, Effurun ,Uvwie Local Government Area (LGA).This invitation Comrade Anthony Omoro accepted and thus went in company of his girlfriend Faith Bille.This he did as a mark of honor and to prove his innocence.

That at the Tiberus Hotel after initial exchange of pleasantries Chief Jonathan Governor suddenly turned hostile and had threatened to order Comrade Anthony Omoro be beaten and if need be killed if he denies and does not own up or speak the truth.

Comrade Anthony Omoro vehemently denied his involvement in the said threat to life and Ransom demand act by Fidelis Amani,insisting he was innocent and have nothing to do with the act.

Comrade Anthony Omoro was shown through a telephone picture of the Fidelis Amani by a man in mufti believed to be a soldier, asking Comrade Anthony Omoro if he can identify the picture of the person seen in telephone, without ambiguity Comrade Anthony Omoro stated that the picture was that of Fidelis Amani also known as Enake who was his Ex Drummer at his band with whom he had misunderstanding but had just been reconciled.

It is important to note that at this point Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) was no longer comfortable that the presence of Miss Faith Bille, Comrade Anthony Omoro's girlfriend who had accompanied him to his Tiberus hotel. Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) indeed queried Comrade Anthony Omoro for coming accompanied to the hotel when it ought to be a strictly private meeting. He was more angered that he was accompanied by a lady.

He demanded Comrade Anthony Omoro to send her back home,to this Comrade Anthony Omoro obliged the Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV), giving Miss Faith Bille a N2000 to board Taxi back to the house promising to join her at her house as soon as he was through with the Chief.

Before Miss Faith Bille left the Tiberus Hotel at about 6:30 PM, two young men acting as aides to Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) Mose Bebenumubo and one other Ebimobowei whom she had met at the Tiberus Hotel and whom she knows had informed her that they were not sure that Comrade Anthony Omoro will leave Tiberus Hotel alive, however they assured Miss Faith Bille that they would confer with the Chief and appeal on Comrade Anthony Omoro behalf requesting her to be very prayerful.
On getting out of Tiberus hotel Miss Faith Bille immediately reported this information to members of Family of Comrade Anthony Omoro.

On Wednesday 24th, October 2012 after waiting endlessly for the return of Comrade Anthony Omoro with no results, Miss Faith Bille and family members of Comrade Anthony Omoro paid a visit on Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) at his Tiberus hotel but did not meet him.
Again on Thursday 25th, October 2012 Miss Faith Bille and one of Comrade Anthony Omoro family member known as Asaba and well as Comrade Anthony Omoro's wife called Abiodun went to visit Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) at his residence in Jakpa road inside New Layout,Effurun ,Uvwie Local Government Area to demand for Comrade Anthony Omoro where about.

At this point rumors and news had started flying in the public space that Comrade Anthony Omoro had been murdered at the instance of Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV), to this we at the Niger Delta People Salvation Front cum Niger Delta People Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) effectively raised an alarm and exposed Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) and the men of the Joint Military Task Force with a publication in the Vanguard Newspapers on Sunday 29th October 2012.Page 52.

On Monday 30th of October, the Commander 3rd Battalion, Nigeria Army Barracks, Effurun,Uvwie Local Government Area,Delta State Lt. Col. Ifeanyi Otu belatedly and in response to our exposition of their extra judicial murder of Comrade Anthony Omoro clear Six days since he was last seen at the Tiberus Hotel at the invitation of Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) caused to publish in the Nigerian Vanguard Page 12 stating that Comrade Anthony Omoro was both a suspected Kidnapper and an Assassin.How true?

He was quoted as saying that Comrade Anthony Omoro was at Ekpan with Fidelis Amani, where he had gone to pick up a mock kidnap ransom of Ten Million Naira, (N10,000,000:00) at a dustbin near Ekpan General Hospital. A mock ransom prepared at the instance of a supposedly would be victim Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) whom was asked to play along the men demanding ransom .

Lt.Col Ifeanyi Otu was also quoted to have said that Comrade Anthony Omoro was killed as he attempted to escape after collecting the mock ransom in a dustbin near Ekpan General Hospital in an area highly condoned off by his men who were wearing mufti.

We at the Niger Delta People Salvation Front cum Niger Delta People Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) hold very strongly that all of these claims are totally false,senseless and are a belated fabrications of by power drunk monsters who do not have regards for human lives and the sanctity of the law.

At this point, Lt. Col Ifeanyi Otu having fabricated and made spurious claims a few questions may therefore be necessary.

One,why did Mr Jonathan Governor a known Oil bunkering Kingpin decide to call in soldiers without lodging a complain and making statements with the Nigerian Police Force in Effurun or is the Nigerian Police Force no longer relevant in the interrogation, investigation and arrest and prosecution of suspects,who are in any case innocent until proven otherwise by a competent court of jurisdiction?

Two, If it is true that Comrade Anthony Omoro was a hired Assassin, is it not common sense that it would have served the cause of justice better to have Comrade Anthony Omoro alive, have him interrogated and investigated helping in unraveling the identity of the supposed person who wants Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) dead ?

Is it not of pedestrian and of Kindergarten intelligence that the person who purportedly sent Comrade Anthony Omoro is alive and remains unknown, retaining the capacity and potency to send others to still kill Jonathan Governor, yet Comrade Anthony Omoro who was sent and who could supposedly help security agencies have been killed by those who should protect the public, whose interest did they serve or are they serving?

Three, if true that Comrade Anthony Omoro was trying to escape was he armed and through what medium did he try to escape, a Car, Aero plane or Train, where is the arm and medium that he used, where they so sophisticated that a high powered unit of armed officers who had condoned off the said area could not match that resorted to a cross fire, killing him instead of having him arrested,who are the eye witnesses?

Four, can Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) deny that Comrade Anthony Omoro never made a friendly visit on him in company of one Miss Faith Bille at about 5:30 PM on Tuesday 23rd of October 2012?

Five, with the testimony of eye witness Miss Faith Bille as well as text messages and call logs from service providers, that shall serve as proofs showing that Comrade Anthony Omoro visited Chief Jonathan Governor at his Tiberus Hotel and was no where near a certain dustbin site in Ekpan in Uvwie Local Government Area can Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) deny that he never had telephone conversation with Barrister Smooth,Comrade Anthony Omoro and others? Can he corroborate as true the statements of Lt. Col Ifeanyi Otu after these proofs.

Six, is a suspect, be it an assassin or a kidnapper not innocent until proven otherwise by a competent court of jurisdiction.By this murder has the Joint Military Task Force not shown that the lives of the common man is not important and that they are above the law?

Seven, why were the sibling and son of Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) known as Elvis Governor and who had kidnapped the child of Chief Victor Wayles not murdered by the same Joint Military Task Force (JTF),but yet could murder innocent person as Comrade Anthony Omoro?Who are they working for, the rich against the poor and defenseless people?

Having asked these salient questions needing answers, we at the Niger- Delta People Salvation Front cum Niger Delta People Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) submit that

One, Comrade Anthony Omoro is not a Kidnapper nor an Assassin.

Two, That Comrade Anthony Omoro did not go to any where near a dustbin near Ekpan General Hospital to claim any ransom with anybody.

Three, that Comrade Anthony Omoro was not killed while trying to escape with a bag of ransom.

Four, that Comrade Anthony Omoro was extra judicially murdered by men of the Joint Military Task Force (JTF) at the instance and instructions of Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) their friend and paymaster.

Five, the Nigerian Police Force was not informed about nor allowed to perform their statutory role of interrogation,investigation,arrest and prosecution of suspects but a criminal commando operation was hatched against defenseless citizen.

Six, that the Newspaper reports published by the Vanguard Newspapers on Monday 30th October 2012 by Lt.Col Ifeanyi Otu of 3rd Battalion Nigeria Army Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State is colossally false and a clearly orchestrated fabrication to cover up their criminal murder of an innocent man at the behest of their oil bunkering and ritualistic benefactor.

Seven, that this extra judicial murder will not be allowed to go the way of other extra judicial murder perpetuated by security agencies who maim and kill citizens at the slightest provocation in a show of power to please their paymasters like Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) as the cause of justice shall be pushed to a logical conclusion by every means necessary.

Eight,we demand the immediate arrest of Chief Jonathan Governor (JOGOV) and all the officers involved in this criminal murder of Comrade Anthony Omoro .

Nine,we demand the Court marshal and sack of Lt. Col Ifeanyi Otu for his complicity in cover up murderers and extra judicial killers.

Ten, we demand the immediate release of Comrade Anthony Omoro's corpse to his family.

Eleven,that to ignore our germane call for justice as responsible people is to create grounds for violence as people are highly agitated only the cause of justice can guarantee peace. It must be known that our organization will fight to the last man and refuse any act of intimidation,at a time the Nigerian Army should be engaged in ensuring peace ,they are now the instigators of violence,we shall not sleep over this,the Nigerian Army knows our antecedent.The time to act for Justice and Peace is now.

Twelve, we call on all people of goodwill to join their voice in demanding for justice,enough of extra judicial murders and killing of defenseless persons and resort to jungle justice, yesterday it was Chief Ogbe Onokpite, Allu four, today, it is Comrade Anthony Omoro and Fidelis Amani, tomorrow it could be me or you.Join us now!

Four children aged 2, 5, 5 and 7, belonging to a cook who works for the Delta State Commissioner for Environment, Frank Omare, have gone missing following the alleged stealing of N13.8 million from a stash of N60 million Mr. Omare kept in the boot of his car.
Sophia, 7; Kelvin, 5; Dominion, 2; and Nonso, 5, children of Mr. Hyacinth Okwute, disappeared after the Commissioner accused their father of stealing the money.
Our correspondent learnt that the commissioner pounced on nine members of Mr. Okwute’s family, arresting them in his place.
The four children, it was gathered, were last seen after they were arrested and detained, but then subsequently released from ‘A’ Division Police Station in Asaba.
In a petition dated August 14, addressed to the state Commissioner of Police, Ikechukwu Aduba, the family’s solicitor accused Omare of being the architect behind the disappearance of the children as a way of compelling their father, who is at large, to return the stolen money.
Signed by B.C. Ofiaeli and Associates in Asaba yesterday, the petition was copied to the Inspector-General of Police, Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and the state’s Commissioner for Women Affairs, Chief Betty Efekoda, demanding the immediate release of the children by Omare.
“Out of the nine (9) persons arrested five of them were detained and later granted bail by the police including the five months pregnant wife of Mr. Hyacinth Okwute but the whereabouts of the four children is unknown,” it said.
The petition noted that while the cook has taken to his heels, his kinsmen were on the neck of the police and the state’s Ministry of Women Affairs and Community Development, where the children were purportedly kept, arguing that they are not abandoned children and should be released unconditionally.
According to Ofiaeli, “It is our brief that those children were not abandoned, neither were they part of the said theft involving Mr. Hyacinth Okwute to warrant their arrest, subsequent and purported transfer to the Ministry of Women Affairs, Social and Community Development.”
When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Charles Muka, said the matter was under investigations. But he denied that the children were in police custody (their last known location). The Ministry of Women Affairs they were purportedly transferred to has also since disassociated itself from their safekeeping.
Efforts to obtain comment from Commissioner Omare were unsuccessful as he failed to answer his mobile phone. When he finally picked up he told our correspondent to send him an SMS as he was in a meeting. At the time of filing this story he had not responded to the message.

In my own opinion, i think some GTB staffs knows so much about this act cos most of the ATM frauds happen thru their bank. Greater percent of you guys will simply agree with me you do receive series of fraudulent mails from these people with GTB emails addresses, so I strongly advise people to stop using ATM cards.
