Well I give a good heads up on the site, but looks like Facebook's lite theme though, you need to be careful as you may be inflicting copyright infringement, I would recommend you to change your theme to something else well I would love to know what software you used to design the site or did you build it from scratch via hard coding, also more efforts to you sir, keep up the good work.

If you can't get one with core i3 processor target a processor with at least 3MB cache.

It depends on the application you want to use to code, like adobe Dreamweaver etc I have adobe Dreamweaver cs6 master collection on my pc though good software but your system is good to go. And very suitable sir so I give you green light on this.
