Q: When did you start music production?

Q: Do you see yourself competing with anyone in the production business?

- The only challenge in music production is when you try to get a sound that is unique. When you try to avoid your sound sound like someone else's.



Q: Your hit production OGENE, what really inspired the sound?

- OGENE is a sound that has always been there. We just felt like creating something good out of it... We just had to combine the ogene sound with something new so it can work with Hip Hop.


When asked if he has any intention going into singing, he said,

In the almost two years of this administration, we have worked hard to meet the expectations of Nigerians by improving security, especially in the North-East, sustaining the campaign against corruption and have taken steps to revitalize the economy.

A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt today granted 52-year-old controversial blogger/journalist, Kemi Olunloyo who has been confined in prison custody for close to one month now, N1million bail.

Kemi was arrested after she published an alleged defaming article against a Port Harcourt-based pastor, David Ibiyeomie claiming that he was in a romantic relationship with Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo.

Minister of Science and Technology, Ogbonnaya Onu, rode in a Wooden “Made in Nigeria” car at the annual “Technology and Innovation Expo” #Techno2017 in Abuja yesterday, April 3rd.

The maker of the wooden-body car named “Amara”, Ahmed Aliyu drove the car to the arena in company of the Minister. Aliyu who is from Niger state, said he rode the car from Bida, Niger state to Abuja and used only 23 liters of fuel. The car uses a motorcycle engine.

All other materials used in the making of the car were sourced locally except the wheel, engine and tyres.

It seems there’s still a little hope left for MMM participants who “lost their money” to the scheme.

Old Mavrodians whose accounts containing millions were frozen last December 2016 might soon get back their money following a new development from the ponzi scheme.

According to a post on the MMM Nigeria Support group, the scheme is set to pay back the money put in between November and December 2016 without the bonuses.

The Managing Director, Multichoice Nigeria has said in a statement that its decision to increase the subscription rates of DStv and GOtv was made after careful consideration into the market and review of its business operations.

Just less than two years after Nigerians threatened to boycott MultiChoice Nigeria over 20% subscription hike, the owners of DStv and GOtv, have yet again, increased their subscription rates by 5% with effect from May 1, 2017.

John Ugbe, managing director of Multichoice Nigeria, in a statement, defended its latest action, saying the adjustment was made after careful consideration and a review of its business operations.

“We announced last year that we would do everything possible to hold the price barring any extreme factors.

“However, all our content is purchased in dollars and although we have done everything possible to hold the prices even with the price of everything else going up, we are now left with no choice but to adjust our subscription prices from May 1.

“Our key priority is to put subscribers’ needs at the heart of everything we do and therefore, in determining the price adjustment, we took into account many factors including, the impact on the customer, current inflation which stands at 19 per cent, programming costs and efficiencies within the company. Please be assured that we have worked really hard to keep this year’s fees manageable.”

Under the new price regime, the DStv monthly subscriptions are;

1. DStv premium bouquet, which is N13,980 will be N14,700.

2. Compact Plus DStv subscribers will pay N9,900 as against the current N9,420.

3. Compact subscribers will pay N6,300 instead of the normal N6,000.

4. Family bouquet subscribers will now be charged N3,800 as against the N3,600.

5. Access bouquet would be N1,900 and not N1,800.

6. Commercial bouquet, which is currently N1,720, has been adjusted to N1,850.

The new rates for GOtv subscriptions are;

1. GOtv Value will now pay N1,300 instead of N1,200

2. GOtv Lite bouquets will pay N450, against the current rates of N400.

3. GOtv Plus subscribers will have to pay N1,900 instead of the current rate of N1,800.

A Ferrari F430 once owned by US president Donald J. Trump in 2007 was exhibited by Auctions America in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on March 31, 2017.

The auction took place on April 1, 2017 and fetched $270,000.
