italo: Secondly, no proof of the story.

Show me a picture of people looking at the sun and going blind. ..

The way you seek pictures of GOD from Christians.

Every time you type something on nairaland, you push a non-catholic away from the catholic church

you can tell any lie or half truth to defend the church. It is seriously disgusting

Goodluck sha...maybe you will get paid by the church

Lolzzz grin!
You're an atheist, yet you thanked God it's MALARIA and not EBOLA.... what an IRONY! grin
Though the notion of death to an atheist is nothing more but being degenerated into material nature through roth and decay!
You suppose no fear na!

I was about to explain why I said "thank God" but then I saw your signature.

nope...but millions of muslims do

Rilwayne001:

To you - 'yes'

To me - 'No'

Smoking causes diseases like lung cancer, tuberculosis and heart diseases . And we know that Allah forbids us from killing ourselves. As He says: “And do not kill yourselves. Surely, Allah is Most Merciful to you....." (surah An-nisa-29)

So knowing the fact the smoking is gradually killing you, then it is haraam..

My opinion tho' ^^^

Your opinion is wrong. A westernized, sexed up islam.

Half of the things we take kill us.

Beef....bowel cancer
milk....cow milk- indigestion

Alchohol is the only bad thing there, for we all know the side effect of it. So it is better one shouldnt take it, it is for our own good.

Sex is okay, only with the person you are legally married to, or would go about and sex with you friend's wife? grin

so only have sex with a woman you are legally married to.

As for video game, it is okay, but too much of it deteriorarate ones mind.

There is life after death.

Alcohol- red wine is good for the health if taken moderately.

Alcohol isnt bad. Overconsumption is.

Funny enough, millions of muslims will tell you that smoking is halal

1ord: This is because the cell slowly starts developing sentience. And the mother slowly starts feeling this other presence This feeling is further bolstered by hormones that she secretes and the child also releases.Just so you know baby's are born blind but know their mother through the imprint of the hormone. Thats why they stop crying immediately they are in her arms albeit blind. That is why the decision has to be made swiftly. Just so you know to me an abortion after 6 months is murder. You had a good 4 months whilst the fetus lacked proper development to do it. What people need is education

Yep.....but there is no abortion counselling or family planning counselling in majority of Nigeria. Some that do it are the same religiously bigoted tools that would even bring more harm to families/women.

submit: I secretly wish for it sometimes..
But truth be told, atheism is really the best.

You know, my dad forced me to follow him to church today(happens once in a while) and I heard the pastor saying with faith, we can't be a victim of ebola. He even had verses from the bible to support himself. I was initially laughing, then I started thinking about the spanish priest. Was it this same thinking that he had? What about other missionaries who weren't lucky to have this same attentions before they died.

Then I thought about the GOs in Nigeria. How they could have influenced researches towards finding a cure by just each selling 1 of their "jets". But nobody sees anything wrong in what they are doing cos "politicians" do worse.(Smh)

I logged into nairaland and I saw "e-grace convention" and I was like this people don't rest. Now I think I know why Nigeria is really backward. People desperately are looking for just something to hold on to. Just anything that would make them happy while neglecting( I should say procastinating) what really needs to be done.

My conclusion was religion is crazy. You know, it makes people wish for a better afterlife while neglecting the much good that could happen in this one.

You Only Live Once. That has been my watchword ever since. So every little thing I find doing, I do like it's my last and in that way, I contribute my best to the growth of the country.

Oh! My trinity..since I don't do videogames, so its: Sex. Alcohol and Weed. ( Don't hate pls)

I dont know how I missed your comment!

I agree wholeheartedly with what you say.

You said something important- some pastors would rather buy private jets than to donate money to fight ebola.

Some churches have even raised prayer warriors to pray fight ebola. Had these churches campaigned for proper healthcare and governance from their political members/sponsors, we might have not had this problem

Then go two/three pages back where a christian insulted me for no reason and then claimed that I was the one looking for trouble. lmao grin grin
