majekdom2: you're trolling now...If you think you are going to make manager in 2 years you're dreaming lol |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: 2013 Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG) Graduate Trainee by thegreengooner(m): 1:31pm On May 10, 2017 |
majekdom2: LOL from my understanding, it is not a supervisory role. You manage the relationship between HR and the employee...The term 'trainee' is not necessarily a job description. It is a description of status within a company usually immediately after employment and prior to confirmation. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: 2013 Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG) Graduate Trainee by thegreengooner(m): 1:13pm On May 10, 2017 |
majekdom2: Thanks for clarifying...Your friend is not a liar and neither are you. Allow me to explain. A HR Account Manager is the glorified description of a HR Client Services officer...the role is likened to that of a relationship manager in a bank...job description has manager, job grade is not a manager. The HR Account Manager is basically your HR Account Officer...I personally know a Senior Officer seconded to Shell as HR. Account Manager...said officer is not even close to being manager in parent company. 1 Like |

Partnerbiz: He was employed by EMTS Staff Multipurpose...basically he was a staff of Etisalat Cooperative....His employment was terminated by ESMCS Limited....I assume they merged into a separate organisation. Notice the slightly different logo. At no point was he employed by Etisalat Nigeria. At best he was a service contract staff...this means the service was contracted to ESMCS who would then provide resources to perform the tasks required. |

Flamzey00: This comment is what is wrong in Nigeria. Konji should never mess you up. As a real man you must learn to exercise self control. If you listened to T-Boss when she spoke about the private jets you would have heard her say that she didn't accept their overtures so in no way would she be tripped over N25m. UgojiC: The apology is accepted no doubt, but the issue remains that his disqualification should ordinarily exclude him from associated publicity. Disqualification is not equal to Eviction from the house. |
