aadetoyin: As soon as he can afford been independent financially and when he is sure he is not getting an apartment for mischievous reasons. Well said! Financial independence can be in the form of paid employment or business enterprise. However moving out will bring maturity you never imagined your way. 1 Like |

These scammers never stop. I Was roped into this same dubios scheme mid last year. Upon arrival at the venue i immediately knew they were scammers. How can you be promising me 8 million naira per annum and yet the entire furniture in your office is from 1960's? Next thing they said was part of my salary must be used to buy shares in the company (that is not registered on NSE) and i should send them a committment for an initial down payment even when i never get the so-called job. Naija youths God direct your steps...Amen. 1 Like |

Has anyone noticed the disturbing trend of tribalism being exhibited on Nairaland lately? The thread below is just a tip of the Iceberg (or Ice block in naija terms). "Assuming boko haram has moved on to lagos, you Igbos forget that, there are more ibos in lagos than yorubas, if we are to believe your notorious chest-beating. I bet BK are just coming to lagos to help reduce the huge populations of ungrateful "alarus" in our region. I wonder where ibos will run to if Boko haram starts killing them in Lagos. Prolly ibadan, abeokuta, akure ati bebelo. They sure wouldn't run back to their "Land of the rising sun". |
