Properties / Re: Houses Demolished In Eti-osa As Lagos Gov't Cracks Down On Illegal Structures by Timoleon(m): 7:44pm On Mar 10
damoobaba:

Continue listening to lies. I live in Badore, Eti-osa and close to one of the canals here. Many people go to any length just because they want to own land in Lagos. There are ways to do verification on any land you want to buy but many are not interested in the stress involve in going to Alausa to do that. There are some houses blocking the canal that's supposed to take water into the lagoon here and those houses have been marked for demolition long ago. When government comes to demolish it tomorrow, they will say no notice was given.

People are supposed to have learn their lessons several years ago when Fashola was Lagos Governor that you cant outsmart government.

The summary of this epistle is that many of these houses will still go down b4 the rains begin, watch out.

You are ranting at the wrong person. If you understood my initial post, you wouldn't have bothered with this long epistle.

My initial post in a nutshell, for every building demolished, the government definitely must have notified them.

Shalom.

People named Ramadan were simply born in the month of Ramadan! And there's nothing wrong with it.

And Kareem is also one of the names of Allah! Allah is Al-Kareem but humans are Kareem or Abdul Kareem!

please point me to where I said there's something wrong with it so I can go and correct it. undecided
Religion / Re: Ramadan Kareem by Timoleon(m): 7:28am On Mar 10
There's this family I know, the name of their first born is Ramadan, the name of the second born is Kareem. Anyways, Ramadan Kareem to those who'll be observing the fasts.
Romance / Re: I Kept On Meeting Shorter Ladies by Timoleon(m): 7:24am On Mar 10
You are not meeting short people. You are approaching short people. There are taller women all around you, you can meet them. You simply chose to be meeting short people

It doesn't happen in any state that the government will carry out demolitions without notice. Stop with the willful misinformation.

Seek redress through the courts, nothing anybody fit do for nairaland.

Lie. It means both you have deep secrets you're withholding against each other during the friendship.
That thing you can't manifest when you both were dating slowly creeps in during marriage when you both stay under one roof.

What then is the lie?

Keep quiet!

How did your father married your mum? Your Grandpa nko? Don't go to the north yet!

Pray for them to keep smiling like this!

Ibere ko lo nise!

It is easy to start!
that one no know anything. You can be friends for ten years before marriage the marriage won't last a year. That you are compatible as friends does not mean you are compatible as husband and wife.

Fash20:

See how AJ knocked out your Ngannou like a biach. Kick boxers aren't professional boxers get that into your head.

When we dey talk professional boxer we are talking about a person with track record of boxing matches.

Same thing happened between Connor MacGregor vs Floyd Mayweather.

Stop with the ignorance. A professional boxer is not defined by win or loss. It's simply defined by your participation in the professional rankings. As a professional boxer,
Ngannou now has 2 losses from two fights. At no point in my interaction with you did I speculate on who will win or loss, I simply corrected your false statement that one of them is not a professional boxer. Joshua is not an undefeated fighter despite being a 'professional boxer'. Point being that a loss or win is not what qualifies you as a professional boxer, participation os what does.

This is my last response to you.

Before you offer a help, first make sure there is a NEED for that help. If it is a gift then it should be good enough to be appreciated
it is as simple as that. A gift should fulfill a need.

You have done really well trying to make these people see reason but not everybody is so open to critical thinking. It is a losing battle

It really is a losing battle. Some if them ended up making me loss my cool after attacking me rather than staying on topic with logical debate.

When we are talking about boxers you won't mention Ngannou

This is not a thing of debate bro. You said Ngannou is not a professional boxer. I simply corrected that false expression. Wether you think he's a good boxer or not is a different debate. Shalom. I no get time for unnecessary back and forth.

I made it public in an IVF group, didn't make it public for someone to use as a mocking point or to pinch me on a totally different topic

You pinched first. If you had stayed on topic rather than go personal I would have no reason to want to return the favour.
