well,like i said earlier going by the three authorities cited somewhere above, in Nigeria,no law recognises a marriage between partners that are related either by blood or by marriage. Such marriage is null and void.........what i said i wasn't sure of is if they met and married before their parents marriage and that's because i don't have any authority to back it up atm.

yes not by blood but they are by marriage cos their parents are married to each other except if such marriage is not legal (they are cohabitees)......

..but if they met/married before their parents got married then their parent's would be illegal

@OP....well according to the Marriage Act,customary law and Islamic law such marriage is illegal. A marriage illegal if the partners are related either by blood or by marriage. From what you said both are related by virtue of the marriage between their parents.
