*Smiling* i think I'll be a better manager f t a football manager game. Our football coaches are just there as figure head-de just occupy d position. They don't have any input. I do imagine if any of these gr8 coaches(ferguson,mou,wen,guardi,etc) have dis same materials(talents) our coaches have at their disposal-bet u, Nothing can stop them from producing results. But seriously, PRIDE n inability to manage success is d main problem of our coaches. They allow little success to get into their heads(Keshi-AFCON13, Manu-U20WC to mention a few). If NFF can send our coaches abroad to take refresher courses and serve as journeyman under these coaches probably things will start working well.
