Popular Nigerian Photographer Takes Conceptual Photography to Another Level with These Stunning Images

One aspect of Photography that is often ignored is what is called Conceptual Photography. Conceptual Photography basically relates to the art of creating photographs that illustrate ideas. This means that the photographs which are always created in this manner are usually deliberate so as to infuse the artistic feel into the images being created.


Most times, the photographer tries to write the story in his head with a single image, just as Tonydoo Visuals has done in this set of images.
The first image in this series carefully illustrates the concept of “FREEDOM” in its entirety. Freedom is a term that is hugely relative and is best understood by varying individuals depending on their experiences or life journeys.



The model attempts to tear apart the envelope which has probably being a hindrance to her conceptually. Freedom is something which is usually fought for and won. Freedom does not come easy, it is won.
Remember this saying: “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” “Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes.”
