I have the same problem. Pls @ me when you solve yours. I'll do the same if I solve mine

It's a technical issue, they'll get back to you via an email for account activation. By then, the 'user inactive' thing will be cleared.

Just got mine working after 5days of trying.

🤠

1. I mean an active appointment. If you have been scheduled to appear at the embassy say next month (September) before the updat, all you have to do now is wait for email notification from the embassy. Do not create another profile .

2. The new rule says " You have to initiate application process on the website , choose payment options and generate payment deposit slip (payment in cash is chosen).

Best Wishes 🙏
I don't have an active appointment. Probably there's an update going on.
Thank you for the help 🙏

1. You are the only one that can attest to your honesty. USA embassy cannot lie or deceive you. Probably update is still going (check back) or you are not actually new. Call the helpline or be certain that you are doing something right.

Best Wishes 🙏
When you asked if I have scheduled an appointment with the previous web page, do you mean an active appointment or previous appointment made?

🤠

1. If you have scheduled an appointment with a date on the previous webpage, do not create another profile , just keep waiting for a notification email which will instruct and take you to new profile creation and how to continue.

2. If you are new without prior appointment date, then go ahead and create a new profile.

Best Wishes 🙏
I'm new and i created a new account. But I'm unable to sign in.

Hey 🤠

1. You can re-apply immediately, and infact , i usually recommend immediate re-application (only based) on the circumstances where you might have been interviewed by inexperienced, hasty, or unfair consular officer.

2. Nevertheless, it is generally recommended that you put in for re-application only when you have the natural inclination that your previous circumstances which brought about your first denial has improved.

Best Wishes 🙏
Thank you 🙏

First mistake, and this is minor, but using the phrase “he’s into” is always a red flag. You went on to say that your father owns and manages multiple businesses, which is vague and sounds pretty unrealistic.

Your dad owns multiple businesses but you only started working 2 years ago? Did you list one of your dad’s companies as your employer? How would investing such a huge amount to send you abroad to study help his business to where he would sacrifice time and money into sponsoring you? What difference would you getting more education make in his businesses that are already successful enough for him to sponsor your education abroad? If he owns multiple successful companies, why wouldn’t you stay and work in already established businesses? How would increased education count/what impact would it have?

You told her you applied to only 3 universities and chose the school you chose because of reputation and research opportunities. If your father is responsible for the deficit, wouldn’t cost of attendance and the amount of funding the school offered be more of a driving factor than reputation? If you’re returning to Nigeria to work for your father after you finished your studies, why would the reputation of the school matter? Also, if you planned to return to Nigeria after you finished your studies, why would the research opportunities at the school matter?
Thank you for your input.
I started working 2years ago cos i graduated 2years back.
No I didn't list any. I told the Vo i started the work during my youth service.
I'll make the necessary adjustments...thank you.
