Something the managers should have put on the rent.

The rent we pay is supposed to cover things like this. That is what a landlord should take into consideration when deciding rent.
As it is now the man just takes our rent and keeps it to himself. Everything about service charge is paid for by us the shop renters, waste disposal, waterboard, light, security cleaners etc. All the landlord does is take the rent and leave taxes and service charge for us to pay.

I have a shop in a plaza where I do my business and recently the managers of the plaza brought a new rule that we the tenants should be the ones paying tenement fees for our shops, and not the landlord.

From my understanding, tenement fees are tax that the Local government authorities charge on properties that are developed and occupied in the LGA. We the tenants are not the owners of the property so I don't understand why we have to pay tax on the property.

Please I need help from knowledgeable people. Is it right or fair for us tenants to pay tenement fee for the building instead of the landlord that owns the building?

I used to be married and suffered from the same issue.

We lived together for like 2 years before marriage and we had a fantastic sex life. Almost immediately after we got married, sex life stopped being great but it wasn't bad. After the first baby, it deteriorated a bit more. It was like going to work when we tried for a second baby i.e. wake me up from sleep to have sex with the sole purpose of conceiving having calculated her fertile days.
