Pls can anyone advise me on scholarship application procedure for masters in USA, im applying for spring 2009(january 2009), while awaiting my admission status i want to know if i can apply for scholarships now and if possiple where and how can i locate good scholarships.

Can i also get and idea of the time it will take for me to process a student visa to the USA from Nigeria and the average amount which ill require for the overall process so ill know how much i need to have ready.
