HungerBAD: [quote author=HungerBAD post=46243171]So what does this imply? Was it written in the bible for pastor king to kill his church members Was it written in bible for bishop oyedepo to slap a girl in front of a large congregation Was it written in the bible that a pastor should sleep with his church members coza pastors come to mind innit We have heard horrid stories about some filthy Christians and pastors have been involved in even tho those acts are frowned upon by the bible and I am very sure you will agree with me. What I find disturbing is how you Christians find it difficult that some ignorant people carry out vicious attacks all in the name of Islam. When we Muslims frown against the actions of the misguided lots within the religion of Islam you still have your doubts. Even tho the poster said the imam of the mosque he attended gave a lecture frowning against such attacks you still find it difficult to believe the rulings of Islam against such attacks. In case you haven't noticed there are good and evil people everywhere, both in Islam and christainity. Among Jews and Arabs Among Yorubas and Igbos and Hausa and everywhere you go Don't close your eyes to the evil committed in your church and point fingers at the evil committed in the mosque cos that my dear is just filthy hypocracy. A perfect example is the recent demise of Muhammad Ali, yes the great man that the world is talking about, the greatest of all and yes he is a Muslim. But am sure you wont see Islam through someone like him, you prefer to see Islam through the actions of boko haram and the likes just to justify to hatred for a religion you know nothing about. I pray you find the right path someday. (Modify) (Quote) (Report) (Share) 1 Like 1 Share |

Cutehector: You see, there is something about fame, respect and morals. You can have fame and not have respect and morals. Have you ever wondered why d world will continue to talk about the likes of Steve Jobs, Malcom X, Henry Ford and the likes? These influenced the world with their invention and struggle. Linda is famous, wealthy and followed by her likes but can she have respect ? Would I want my daughter to defame , slander and gossip about others or would I love my daughter to have a positive influence on the world? It's a question you should ask yourself. Wiz kid has abused her family, her sister and Mother for what she did to him. It's wrong no doubt, but anyone could do that if pushed to the wall. She will die someday like you and I but the question is what would she be remembered for ? Seun Osewa isn't has famous has she is but Seun has more reputatio, respect and morals than her. Peeps like Seun are people we should look up to and not Linda. #Justsayin 3 Likes |

Alejhandro: Yes we Muslims are terrorist. We caused Worrld War 1 and 2 We dropped a bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki that killed all life forms We took part in slave trade that killed over 100 million Africans We Muslims are problems of the world, We invaded Iraq and destroyed the country We killed Gadafy We caused political instability in the Middle East We supported Isreal to sleal the land of palentians and justified our actions by quoting verses of a scripture We carried out the crusades that killed millions of Muslims We invented the nuclear weapon that is capable of wiping our planet So brother kill all the Muslims you see around or better still report them to the authority. If you can't do that the hatred you have for Muslims because of a false opinion you have about will consume you. Just to enlighten you, there is a form of programming called 'media manipulation' or better still 'brainwash'. One can be a victim to these form of programming without even knowing, but now that I have given you a hint of your condition only you can free yourself from this false knowledge and Notion you have about Muslims. How U can do that is by reading the Quran yourself and having your own understanding about Islam so the media won't tell you about it. The media once you and your likes that Irag has a weapon of mass destruction and am sure you believed....that's just an example of media manipulation. I hope you give your mind freedom, learn the truth and let it sef you free. Am a Muslim and I love you even tho you hate me for being a Muslim. Salam(peace) 8 Likes 1 Share |

The richest black man in the world is an Hausa Man....I have never seen northerners bragging about him like he is some demigod.niether have I heard Hausas talking about disintegration even tho that region that is most affected by poverty. The Yorubas.....hmmm I don't even want to go there bro, I have read Yoruba history and trust me it's only few nations that can stand toe to toe with Yorubas beautiful ancient history interms of culture science and art. What am just trying to say is have your Biafra.....all I will just ask for is that you do it peacefully, I don't want no innocent blood spilled, wether Hausa Igbo or Yoruba. Culture / Who Are The Igbo People Sef by tplacid: 9:47am On Feb 07, 2016 |
They were just two thousand, yet they massacred forty thousand in a battle. They were the first Africans to refine crude oil with local materials. They made an Airport appear every night and disappear every morning for over 2 years. They were the first Africans to manufacture Proper bombs with wholly local materials, they gave us OGBUNIGWE BOMB – the fear of soldiers. They lost over two million of their tribes men, yet they bounced back. All he asks of you is a place to rest his head, nothing more, you would see the igbo man build an empire out of nothing. sheer tenacity and industry they exhibit. while the Yorubas and the Hausas would easily be beggars on the street, the pride in the Igbo man makes that option very very remote. it can easily be said that except in the case of madness or leprosy, you wont find an Igbo beggar. Stop, think about all the beggars you have met on the street, have you met one who is an igbo man? The Igbo people are about the most traveled people on earth. in fact, it is said that if you travel to any place on earth and you cant find an Igbo man there, you had better leave the place because it is inhabitable. Yes, they can be loud and brash, but really, it could be confidence and courage. Like every other people, the Igbos have their short comings, but their "LongGoings" far outweigh the shortcomings. Half brothers to the hausa-fulanis from the north, cousins to the yorubas from the west, they are the descendants of Nri, they are our family - THE IGBO TRIBE OF NIGERIA. – Till next week Thursday This one written by a Yoruba blogger @ Yorubyteblog. So Igbos know that we respect and love you guys. As for me o, am still looking for Ada, Nkechi or Onyinye to Marry so my kids can have Igbos gene. With love to Igbos from Yoruba peeps |

Menzy86: Bro I have been reading your response to the comments he made about slavery and its psychological effect on us. Please just do yourself a favor and read about African history. Read books like 'The west and the rest of us' 'What's wrong with being black' read about African leaders like Thomas Sanakra, Patrick Lumimba and the black operations of Americas CIA. And for the record we Nigerians are not dull, backward or inferior....but neo-colonialism as affected this country's beyond your imagination. Do some research brother, you can see a place in the article where the op stated that IMF and the west discouraged the development of the project with the support of the leaders who don't have our interest at heart. Have you ever wondered why the west likes leaders like PMB, GEJ, Tinubu,IBB, OBJ and reject someone like MKO( who all Nigerians loved. For the record CIA was involved in his assassination). Nothing seems as it looks bro. look deep, read about African history, colonialism, pan Africanism. Read about white supremacy, apartheid and connect the dots bro. Africa will rise with Nigeria as its economic and military base. That's unstoppable and the whites are scared of the reality. 2 Likes |

GEJPosterity: Dude am loving you(No homo). There is a phrased used by pan-Africanist for Africans like you; 'Black Conscioness' I have read our history bro, I have read about Marcus Garvey, Malcom X, Kwame Nkurumah and the likes. I have read about ancient African kingdoms like Asante, Oyo Empire, moors of Mali and the Kemet political order. All this kingdoms were in existence when the so called Europeans were in the caves. The greatest strength of the British and American right now is mental slaved. You here Africnas saying Africans are cursed, Inferirior, backward and all sorts of derogatory statement about Africns because they are mentally enslaved and ignorant about African history. It feels good to know that we have people like you who are awaken for its in Africans like you that we can truly become great again. We must know our history, realize that we are the sons and daughters of queens and kings, we had great history that predates slavery. Africa shall rise again with God's help. dannywest01: The saddest thing we have in this country is 'cursed leaders' they lack insight. Japanese people speak Japanese Russian people speak Russian language Chinese people speak mandarin/Chinese German peeps speak German It's bad enough that we communicate in a foreign language. Language psychology stipulates that the language you speak affect how act, think and reason. God created us and gave us culture that is unique but mental slavery has made us Abadan the uniqueness of our culture, tradition and language in exchange for that that is entirely strange to us. I really don't have much to say as it is saddening that some many peeps on here see this as a welcome development. But am sure we have heard of Japanese technology German machine Chinese wisdom yet all those countries don't speak French or English they speak their own native native language. Wouldn't it be great if we learnt the sciences in the our languages? After all the pyramids(by Africans) were build using complex mathematical theories long before all the American scientist we know if were born I can go on and on about this but I would like you all to discover your history. I would really like us to awaken our minds and free ourselves from the mental slavery. We are not inferior to the French, Bristish or Americans. Read about Marcus Garvey, Malcom X, Kwame Nkurah. Arise o mighty race for we are sons and daughters of queens and kings. Attached is a page from a book that awakened me, it's called 'What's wrong in being black' by Mathew Asholowo I think we should all read it. 2 Likes

Emperorone: Let's be objective for once, if GEJ was competent enough do you think people will vote for Buhari? Have you forgotten that Buhari contestested against GEJ in 2010 election yet the people chose GEJ. The problem with some of GEJ's supporter is blind followership, they see him as a Demi-God, they never see anything bad he does as bad. An average Buhari supporter will never follow him blindly, the way this woman is speaking against Buhari even tho she is a Muslim and from the North shows you how objective should be irrespective of weather the person in power is from your region or practice the same religion as you. I remember how one of GEJ's loyalist was trying to defend his 'stealing is not corruption speech' Another was trying to defend his BBC interview where he told Ampour that there constant power supply over Nigeria. I personally, like so many others won't vote for Buhari in the next election should a more credible candidate come up. Patriotism means to that by the country, it doesn't mean to start by the president or any other public individual. Thomas Roosevolt. |

proxillin: In comparative economics, comparison is done based on factors like population, land, resources and some other things. Lagos is a state that has a population of over 21million people Dubai has 2 million Lagos' IGR of over 20 billion monthly shows that there is a lot that can still be generated internally because of some factors eg growing population, human capital and all When foreign investors come they employ lagosians and pay them in form of salaries . Have you ever thought of what would happen if Lagos encourages the growing youth population in entrprenueship by creating an enabling environment with affordable housing. Look at it for a moment. If the government decides to build over 2 millions houses in the next 4 years do you know how many young civil engineers, surveyors, mechanical engineers that will be employed. Do you know how many entrprenues that will arise due that policy Imagine if the event management industry is supported by the Lagos govt. have you seen how make up artist rake in millions. Lagos unlike Dubai has a young population. If Lagos can be developed, we won't need foreign investment but diaspora investment as Nigerians leaving outside of the country willing to come home will choose Lagos as a place to return to for so many reasons. For the record, foreign investment has worked in Dubai has it worked in Nigeria ? Democracy has worked in America but it's hasn't worked in Nigeria. China and Ameria doesn't practice the same economic system but China is the second economy Gaint in the world. What works in Dubai might not work in Lagos. We are not emirs but lagosians. Again this just my opinion. Thanks. 3 Likes 1 Share |

YorubaParapo: In economics there is something called 'opportunity cost' Looking at the cost, time and resources used to build this city, the resources would have been used to build affordable housing, repair and build new roads, modernize lagos' transport sector and make Lagos the mega city it deserves to be. An average Lagosian won't benefit from this project. Only the rich and foreign investors would benefit from it, thus increasing the inequality gap. Some policies are geared towards making the rich richer and the poor poorer. This project is one of such IMO. #Justsaying 7 Likes 1 Share |
