agricultural engineering been compared with mechanical Engineering is an insult to the engineering field..in terms of salary earning, innovation, Creativity, technology, etc all round ..mechanical Engineering has the upper hand by far..if u check the top5 engineering jobs..agric.eng is not there...its areospace engineering, Petroleum engineering, chemical Engineering, electrical and Electronics Engineering and mechanical Engineering. even after this mettalurgical engineering, industrial Engineering are way better than the so called agricultural engineering u guys are blabbing abt.
