They had better do that asap,

The stress of NYSC is worth more than 70k, some people even spend close to 70k from one state to anothr because of NYSC, rent house, feeding and other miscellaneous
I remember when one of the assistant state coordinators or something like that was telling us to try and save, I was just looking at the women. Like is she whining us ni, out of 33k. Let say one even use 1k for feeding everyday, it would remain 3k, not to talk of other expenses.

Her Yoruba was clear when she sang that song.

Yoruba people always make sure that language and culture survive no matter where the go.
maybe the former generation of Yoruba's. This current generation especially those in the city, dey aren't doing a good job. I am currently teaching in a school at ibadan and I have so many Yoruba students bearing names like gold, shallom, laureta, silver, diamond and the likes and I keep wondering to myself why they don't use their native Yoruba name. In fact some of them both their first and second name is English. Most of them can't speak Yoruba and does that can't speak can't read or write.

The US basketball team also has Bam Adebayo that will likely win Gold with the team tomorrow.

One lady of Nigerian ancestry already won silver for USA in hammer throw. The 400m women final also has two Nigerians. One of them sha will win gold..

Make we take all these ones hold body.
bam adebayo is only Nigerian by name, I even doubt if he as ever seen the border of Nigeria. That dude is a full blown American.

Vinnie2000:

NECO should be more Important than even Waec. sad
The Exam are in consonance with the Brainpower of Nigerian Teenage students.

WAEC questions are too Difficult! undecided
I always thought neco was harder or I still believe neco is harder. Neco scheme covers some topics on further math for mathematics which waec doesn't. I wrote both waec and neco also and I have seen a lot of waec past questions and some neco and from my experience on Mathematics only as a teacher, neco math is harder than waec math.

The part I don't 100% believe is where he said they disqualified a country and Nigeria was the next. I have some questions of my own. Why was Nigeria choosing as the next? There must have been a reason why Nigeria was selected because I am sure there are many other nations that could have also qualified.

l noticed this with the men's basketball team too. A very crafty and cunny coach would have observed this and capitalized on it. Have three very good three-point shooters keep the margin of wins of the USA team in the three quarters at a margin of at most five then hit them hard in the last quarter and it is all over though this game plan is not easy and but it can be executed strategically with precision
the USA men team are just too good, they will play at ur own pace. If they think the game is slipping out of their hands, they have guys who can step in and ensure they win. The only team that maybe able to upset them is probably Germany. Although I am rooting for Serbia today. I am always with the under dogs.

They were too sloppy, not hustling for rebounds and gave too many open looks from downtown to the US team, who have struggled from the 3 point line.
Like how can you leave Sabrina open? She's the Chef of the WNBA.

A. Wilson is a baller, but if we played the way we did in Q4, we would have had a genuine chance of shocking the world.
US become sloppy in the final quarter, and we made use of that advantage. Another thing was that they only started attempting and scoring 3 points in the final quarter. Also they didn't make a lot of 2 pointers in the first 3 quarter.

14 point not 6, and yes they did well but the game was lost from the first quarter. They showed they weren't going to give up in the last quarter.

Well, like I told u, girl didn't ask to be your girlfriend. You pursued her, she didn't pursue u. You then have to meet her conditions or keep moving
is that why she should be demanding 250k? When did relationship become a transactional something. Imagine giving someone u aren't married too yet 80k out of 800k but she wants to collect 250k. Many workers in Nigeria self don't even earn up to that but someone's daughter want to earn that for free. The chat the op posted isn't complete, there is a part the guy told her to tell her dad or brother to give her that amount, then he was like oh they can't because they still even use to collect from him. Although I don't believe the chat sha.

Omo since I have not seen news on nairaland that Nigeria has won a medal, then I will assume we have not won one yet. What about tobi amusan, I haven't heard any news about her recently. It seems her category hasn't begin yet. She seems to be our only hope of a medal.

Tinubu bots are funny. If igbo har protested, they would have blamed Igbos for the protest, now they didn't protest but this guy's still found a way to blame them. Imagine them claiming Igbos are the one that want to turn the north against tinubu. Is that not funny.

Tinubu is doing his best to fix the country. Barely 13 months in office and u bitter grieving Obidients expect him to fix the rot of over 25 years in one year? Haba!

I live in Ekiti and rice has been subsidised to 40k per bag. Walk in to any shop and pick urs at 40k.
Transportation has been highly subsidised through this CNG buses everywhere in Ekiti. N800 Transport I used to pay before is now N100
My 9 siblings are currently enjoying student loan and all of them are in higher institution based on student loan. The other just travelled to Canada on Tinubu's student loan.
Everything is soft in Ekiti.

God bless Jagaban

I am a Supporter of BAT and I fully support everyone that intends to come out to protest peacefully.

No matter the hardship an average Nigerian goes through, people in Governemnet can NEVER understand the extent of hardship. This is because they are spending public money. It is ONLY a protest like this that can make them understand how bad things are.

As much as I have fate in BAT, I still strongly believe that he could do better than this. Better in the aspect of finding sustainable ways to ease hardship while we work on securing the future of Nigeria and Nigerians. It is paramount that Nigerians want to survive first, na perosn wey survive today go dey hope for bright future.

All these palliatives are not sustainable in any way, it is just a waste of resources. Those 2 major policies of subsidy removal and Naira floating cannot work at the same time. One must be dropped.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
u are one of tinubus supporter that has made sense since I have been reading news on protest here on nairaland. The rest would rather blame obi as the reason why there is going to be protest ignoring the fact that people everywhere are complaining. I am not a tinubu supporter, neither am I obi or atiku but I think tinubu should be giving some time. Although this one and a half year he has spent, things are not moving in the positive direction yet. Things are just too expensive in Nigeria that 200k monthly for a family of 4 isn't enough.

The college he built in Ajah was built on government acquisition land. If he is asked to remove his school now ,he will be saying it is vendetta against him.
he didn't contribute anything but built a college in Lagos state. Is that not contribution? That business school at ajah is one of the biggest in Africa and brings in a lot of foreign national each year. I am sure they also pay tax to Lagos state government, so ur statement about him not contributing anything is a big lie.

I remember during my ND days. We had presentation in one gsn course. So one of my coursemate had swollen face due to bees sting. Immediately the lecturer saw him when it was his time to present, the lecturer began to laugh, the whole class turn into a laughing ground due to his funny face as a result of bee revenge. The lecturer couldn't comport himself, he laugh and laughed, finally he told the guy not to present again and asked him to go back to his seat that he has already passed the presentation as well as the course. Hehehe
I swear I don't know why I laughed to this
