Romance / Secrets About True Love That Will Bring You Back To Reality by tweetsme(m): 2:16pm On Nov 12, 2015
) The secret about true love that will bring you back to reality.

I hate to break the news to you, but true love doesn’t exist.

In the book, Marry Him; The Case for Settling for Mr. Good Enough, author Lori Gottlieb cites biological anthropologist Helen Fisher’s studies on the physiology of
.

“She found that when you feel that strong chemistry with someone, the brain system that becomes activated is the reward system, which is what also lights up when you reach for a piece of chocolate or cigarette or an amphetamine.” Gottlieb writes.

Fisher’s research shows with all the
dopamine floating around, it’s hard to realize that you’re simply experiencing a chemical state which can last anywhere from 18 months to 3 years.

“Fisher isn’t saying that chemistry isn’t important. It’s just that it helps to know that it might take time to develop.” Gottlieb writes.

To start looking for true love, know that you might be looking for compatibility – someone who you can grow with, a partner and a friend.

If you change your mindset about love, you’ll quickly let go of tingling love notions, passionate romances and breath-taking chance meetings.

While chemistry will cause your heart to flutter, compatibility will make for a meaningful lifetime relationship.

2) The more of these you have in common, the more compatible you will be.

I wanted to carve out this section on mindset to encourage you to be conscious of your mindset. Being more aware of this concept could change your entire approach towards dating and relationships.

Even those who are looking at the prospects of
arranged marriages can use this tool to determine if the person being introduced to them is the right person for them.

Life coach, Tim Brownson, talks a lot about value systems in life. You can use a set of
values to determine what makes you happy. Once you are clear on your values, then you can be uber-clear on your priorities.

Not only are values important to your life and your goals, but I’ve now come to believe this values-based approach can apply to every single area of your life, including relationships.

Determine what your core values in life are, ideally your top 3 or 4.

Do you value freedom the most? Do you value family? Independence? Love? Justice? Spirituality? Faith? Freedom? Compassion? Humility? Adventure? Loyalty?

Figure out what values you’re seeking for in a partner.

And I’m not talking about qualities like, “tall, hot and handsome.” Or someone who looks like Matthew Mcconaughey, Piercce Brosnan or George Clooney.

Or even qualities like, “I’m looking for someone who likes to water paint in the nude, rocks Bikram yoga or delights in gluten-free restaurants.” While you can consider shared interests and preferences (see my tips below), I’ve become a big proponent of a values based mindset to finding true love.

And the best part about this is that you get to do this now before going back out into the dating world. Doing this ahead of time and sober, allows you to be more conscious about your priorities, values and ideal
life partner.

And yes, you can pick up Tim’s book
here to understand your values and determine the values you’re looking for in a partner.

3) Too good to be true or good enough?

Often, and especially when you’re younger in life, you tend to have improbable expectations and a long list of traits you desire in your partner. But sometimes almost always “good enough” is all you need, which is exactly the journey author Lori Gottlieb had, as she’s written about in,
Marry Him; The Case for Settling for Mr. Good Enough.

Dr. Michael Broder, a psychologist Gotlieb talks to, had this to say: “‘I hear all the time, ‘If I can’t have a guy who is this, that or the other thing, I’d rather be alone,’ he told me. So I say, ‘Okay, but be prepared to get your second choice. Because with that sense of entitlement, that’s what you’ll probably get: being alone’”.

Dr. Broder believes many people bring a sense of entitlement to dating, including the desire to be adored in a ‘fantasy’ way. People seem to be “looking for an idealized spiritual union instead of a realistic marital partnership.”

So, let’s cut out the fantasies, starry-eyed expectations and 200-item checklists. (That’s what my friend Janet did
here.)

Humans are imperfect, have shortcomings in different areas of their lives and make mistakes. Shocker! If you reduced the expectations, even cutting them down by half or a third, more people would become appealing to you.

4) Sailing to the same destination?

In Marry Him, the author relates the advice of matchmaker
Lisa Clampitt, who matches people like this: “Number one, I look at whether two people have common relationship goals. Number two, I look at values…”

The notion of a relationship goal in regards to your relationship is important. You have to know for yourself if you want kids, if you plan to stay at home or be the bread-winner.

Having a general idea of your relationship goals will help you find someone who shares those goals with you.

Talking about this in the initial rendezvous can avoid future misunderstandings and conflict.

5) The person who can truly complete you.

Never go into a relationship needing to feel whole, fulfilled or complete.

If you think that someone else will make you happy, you probably still believe in Santa Claus, the tooth fairy and Cinderella.

If you’re over the age of 8, however, you know you can’t compensate for your happiness with or through someone else.

If you’re feeling needy, broken or incomplete, let me suggest an afternoon rerun of Dr. Phil or visiting a good therapist, instead of getting yourself a man!

Business / Heart Breaking Last Words Of Steve Jobs by tweetsme(m): 2:41pm On Nov 11, 2015
Steve Job's Last Words before his passing ...

I reached the pinnacle of success in the business world. In others’ eyes, my life is an epitome of success.

However, aside from work, I have little joy. In the end, wealth is only a fact of life that I am accustomed to.

At this moment, lying on the sick bed and recalling my whole life,.emegr. I realize that all the recognition and wealth that I took so much pride in, have paled and become meaningless in the face of impending death.

In the darkness, I look at the green lights from the life supporting machines and hear the humming mechanical sounds, I can feel the breath of god of death drawing closer…

Now I know, when we have accumulated sufficient wealth to last our lifetime, we should pursue other matters that are unrelated to wealth…

Should be something that is more important:
Perhaps relationships, perhaps art, perhaps a dream from younger days

Non-stop pursuing of wealth will only turn a person into a twisted being, just like me.

God gave us the senses to let us feel the love in everyone’s heart, not the illusions brought about by wealth.

The wealth I have won in my life I cannot bring with me. What I can bring is only the memories precipitated by love.

That’s the true riches which will follow you, accompany you, giving you strength and light to go on.

Love can travel a thousand miles. Life has no limit. Go where you want to go. Reach the height you want to reach. It is all in your heart and in your hands.

What is the most expensive bed in the world? Sick bed…
You can employ someone to drive the car for you, make money for you but you cannot have someone to bear the sickness for you.

Material things lost can be found. But there is one thing that can never be found when it is lost – Life.

John Lennon (Singer): Some years before, during his interview with an American Magazine, he said: 'Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that.. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, today we are more famous than Him' (1966). Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.
Tancredo Neves (President of Brazil ): During the Presidential campaign,he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency. Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made President, then he died.
Cazuza (Bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet): During A show in Canecio ( Rio deJaneiro ), while smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said:'God, that's for you.' He died at the age of 32 of LUNG CANCER in a horrible manner.

She responded: 'Only If He (God) Travels In The Trunk, Cause Inside Here.....It's Already Full ' Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact. The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, none was broken
Christine Hewitt (Jamaican Journalist and entertainer) said the Bible (Word of God) was the worst book ever written. In June 2006 she was found burnt beyond recognition in her motor vehicle. Many more important people have forgotten that there is no other name that was given so much authority as the name of Jesus. Many have died, but only Jesus died and rose again, and he is still alive.... 'Jesus' PS: If it was a joke, you would have sent it to everyone. So are you going to have courage to share this?. I have done my part in sharing. Do you believe that Jesus is Holy and His name should be Glorified and not Mocked? If you believe in him, Click write Amen!

Business / Three Steps To Create Wealth by tweetsme(m): 9:05am On Nov 04, 2015
It has been said that knowledge is potential power. When you apply knowledge to something, you experience the power within it. Do you often see abundance or lack? Below are basic fundamentals for wealth creation.
1. DEVELOP ABUNDANCE MENTALITY. It must begin from your thinking before it can affect your circumstances and resources. Anywhere you come across scarcity, know it is artificial. Don't accept it as your reality.
2. SECONDLY, WORK OR TRADE TO EARN MONEY. If you have been living in an unrealistic world, expecting money to flow to you even though you're doing nothing, wake up to reality. You do not get something for nothing.
3. AND THEN, MANAGE AND MULTIPLY THE MONEY THAT YOU EARN. You must think differently, and there must be something different you are going to do from what your parents did if your financial situation is going to be better than theirs. Some of us come from wealthy families; fantastic. Build on the wealth. Earn the money, manage it well, save some, invest and multiply it. You will succeed!
Romance / Signs A Guy Is In Love With You by tweetsme(m): 1:59pm On Nov 03, 2015
Not all men exhibit the same signs when they are in love with a girl. The signs men give when they are in love differs depending on their conditioning and nature. There are absolutely no generalizations about signals that suggest a man is in love. It’s easy to predict when a teenager is in love but it is more difficult with men because they are more conservative, or confused, about expressing their emotions. So here are some generic signs a man is in love with you. Top Signs a Guy is in Love Listed below are 10 signs a man is in love. These are signs that are apparent in most guys who are in love with a girl. No one guy is bound to exhibit all the signs, but you can find one or more signs in his behavior. As a girl, you should not take these signs on their face value and assume that the guy is in love with you. If he exhibits these signals it just means that there is higher probability that he is in love with you.
1.) He behaves shy around you He might be an extrovert of the highest nature but he behaves shy when he’s talking to you. This can be taken as definite sign that the man is in love and that you hold a special place in his heart.
2.) He calls you on some pretext or the other If it becomes obvious that he called you for no specific reason but just to talk to you, though he cites some made up reason, then you can sure that he is interested in you. He might even send messages or emails specifically with the intention of initiating contact.
3.) He tries to make eye contact with you ever so often Whenever you are around he tries to make eye contact with you. Whenever you look at him you see him looking at you either directly or overtly. These are obvious signs that he has a crush on you.
4.) He has a different body language when you are around You can see an apparent change in his body language when he sees you around. He might unconsciously touch up his face or hair, he might adjust his tie or play with his collar. This would indicate a rush of adrenaline in him whenever you are around, definite sign that a man is in love.
5.) He blushes when you pay him a compliment People tend to blush when complimented so this is not an obvious sign but if you detect that he blushes specifically around you rather than with others then it would be indicate that he has special feelings for you. This may not be true for all men but a good majority of them.
6.) He stammers while talking to you When a man is in love and is infatuated with a girl he gets tongue tied while talking to her. This is natural and can be taken as a definite sign that a guy likes a girl in a special way. Though the guy might actually feel miserable about stammering, it looks pretty cute from the girl’s perspective.
7.) He tries to help you with your work If you see that a guy is making an effort to help you specifically, it would indicate that he is interested in you. He might help you with your office work or may offer to drop you home or pick you up for work, stuff like that. These are signs that a man is in love.
8.) He remembers your birthday Most men are not good at remembering dates. If he remembers your birthday you can take it as a strong sign of his interest in you. In all likelihood he will get you a birthday gift too.
9.) He gives you preferential treatment If there are a few girls in your group, or office circle, and you find that he gives preferential treatment to you alone then it would indicate his interest. You might see him smiling at you specifically or he might get you coffee out of his own interest, stuff like that.
10.) He starts improving his personal appearance If a man is in love, he transforms his external appearance – hairstyle, dressing sense et al – in a short period of time after you came around in his vicinity, it would indicate that he is trying to impress you. Priming up is a definite sign that a man is in love. So these are top signs a man is in love with you; remember not to generalize though. You can stay comforted in the knowledge that if a guy likes a girl he will surely make his intention known, even if he is an introvert of the highest kind. Men are like tha

Business / How To Change Your Financial Situation by tweetsme(m): 8:18am On Nov 03, 2015
Nothing in life is dynamic until it becomes specific. This reflects a major difference between those who prosper and those who do not. Consider these steps; DESIDE ON A DEFINITE GOAL: how much money do you plan to make this month? Many people are vague in their expectations for money. DESIDE ON A DEFINITE TIME FRAME: when are you going to get this amount of money? Give it a deadline. You do not really need to understand the details of how a principle work before you apply it. DECIDE WHAT YOU ARE READY TO GIVE IN RETURN: people invent money to represent the value of their products or services. Money is only a reflection of value. If you have no product or service, then you are not entitled to any money. To add value you must have skills, and you must serve with excellence. THINK ABOUT YOUR GOAL EVERYDAY: human beings are living magnets. We always attract the physical equivalent of our most dominant thoughts per time. Try to write your goals and deadlines, and stick them on a wall. It is important to keep your goals before you every day. WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS: Real money is 'thought money', it is ideas. It has been well said, that the poor man is not the one who has no money but the one who has no ideas. Writing your goals gives your ideas their first opportunity to find expression in the material world. You will succeed!
Romance / 12 Things Men Do That Make Women Fall Deeper In Love by tweetsme(m): 2:29pm On Oct 30, 2015
Men -- we love them. Like really, really love them. We can't live without them and we certainly don't want to. We enjoy all of the little things they do that make them so much hotter. Here are 12 things men do that women really adore.

1. Planning is amazing.

When a man plans, it's almost as exciting as him proposing. Whether he organizes a date, a weekend trip, an afternoon walk -- really, anything -- we're happy. It shows us that you're capable of putting effort into us and you like it. Actually, you really, really like it.

2. Being a great listener.

Showing a woman that you're a great listener is oh, so incredible. Remembering things that we mentioned we like is so cool. Whether it's flowers, a book, chocolates or jewelry, if you surprise us with it, we feel really special!

SUPERMOON

3. Show us some vulnerability.

It's extraordinary when a man can openly and honestly talk about his feelings with you. When he's comfortable doing so, it's great. It's so great it's like winning the emotional lottery.

4. Please us in the bedroom.

When a man can make it happen for you, how elated are you? It's so exciting it's almost like winning a tournament. A man who wants to pleasure you, so you really enjoy yourself, well, now that's how I define a good man. He gets an extra applause if it's from something he doesn't ordinarily like doing.

5. Cook for us.

When a man knows his way around the kitchen and is capable and confident, it's so cute. I'm a sucker for the look on his face when he means business with those vegetables. Cooking takes patience and shows us that you're cherish-worthy.

6. Let's go shopping.

Let's face it, sports are a popular hobby for most men. Well, shopping is a favorite pastime of many women. Shopping is to women what sports is to men. Shopping may not be good for women's wallets (or their man's!), and it certainly isn't cardio, but it absolutely is fun. When a man can shop with you and give his opinion, he's golden.

7. It's okay to be nerdy.

Am I the only woman who not so secretly thinks it's really endearing when a man is curled up on his couch with his book? When he gets all geeked out and excited about something he's reading and he's not ashamed of it, it's pretty adorable.

8. Compromise is key.

How many times has your man done something he doesn't want to because you asked him to? When a man does something for us that he wouldn't ordinarily want to do, it makes our hearts melt. Being sweet and thoughtful always goes a long way. We so appreciate you doing something you're not eager to do.

9. Get all sporty.

It's nice to see men fired up and passionate about sports. In fact, it's oddly exciting. When you're roaring at the TV and getting all riled up -- it's almost erotic. When your eyes light up, you become quite desirable.

10. Kiss and caress us.

Being affectionate and sweet to us goes a long way. When you're sweet to us -- whether you put your arm around us when we're not expecting it, hold our hand just because, or give us an excited kiss for no reason -- our hearts skip a beat.

11. Love our family.

Some people (me included!) have an unusual family. But, your family is your family and so you love them a lot. When your man gets in close with your family and makes all family members love him, he's extra fabulous.

12. It's okay to be dominating.

Dominating us makes us sizzle in all the right places. Every woman wants a little Fifty Shades of Grey in her life. There's a time and a place to make love, and there's a time and a place to be more aggressive. When you know the difference, you make us swoon.

With so much time on his hands, newly-retired Floyd Mayweather just doesn’t know what to do.

So after ending his boxing career with a record-equalling 49 wins and no defeats, “Money” as he is known has started redistributing his wealth it seems.

He posted a picture of himself on Instagram carrying armfuls of cash around a nightclub – and there are reports that he even dropped $50,000 at a stripclub on the same night.

Mayweather made $100m from one fight alone – against Manny Pacquiao – and although he’s not short of a few bob, the cash-loving fighter might even be open to a rematch as he bids to replace that misplaced wad of cash.

The picture comes not long after Mayweather revealed he had purchased a "supercar" valued at $3.5 million.

Business / 8 Surprising Ways To Make Your First Million Dollars by tweetsme(m): 8:52pm On Oct 29, 2015
Money of course isn't everything. Not by a long shot. Where your definition of success is concerned, money may rank far down the list. Everyone's definition of "success" is different.

Here's my definition: Success is making the people that believed in you look brilliant.

For me, money doesn't matter all that much, but I'll confess it did at one time (probably because I didn't have very much).

So let's say money is on your list. And let's say, like millions of other people, that you'd like to be a millionaire. What kinds of things should you do to increase your chances of joining the millionaire's club.

Here are the steps I'd suggest. They're neither fast nor easy. But they're more likely to work than the quick and easy path.

1. Stop obsessing about money
While it sounds counterintuitive, maintaining a laser-like focus on how much you make distracts you from doing the things that truly contribute to building and growing wealth.

So shift your perspective. See money not as the primary goal but as a byproduct of doing the right things.

2. Start tracking how many people you help, even if in a very small way
The most successful people I know--both financially and in other ways--are shockingly helpful. They're incredibly good at understanding other people and helping them achieve their goals. They know their success is ultimately based on the success of the people around them.

So they work hard to make other people successful: their employees, their customers, their vendors and suppliers...because they know, if they can do that, then their own success will surely follow.

And they will have built a business--or a career--they can be truly proud of.

3. Stop thinking about making a million dollars and start thinking about serving a million people
When you only have a few customers and your goal is to make a lot of money, you're incented to find ways to wring every last dollar out of those customers.

But when you find a way to serve a million people, many other benefits follow. The effect of word of mouth is greatly magnified. The feedback you receive is exponentially greater--and so are your opportunities to improve your products and services. You get to hire more employees and benefit from their experience, their skills, and their overall awesomeness.

And in time, your business becomes something you never dreamed of--because your customers and your employees have taken you to places you couldn't even imagine.

Serve a million people--and serve them incredibly well--and the money will follow.

4. See making money as a way to make more things
Generally speaking, there are two types of people.

One makes things because they want to make money; the more things they make, the more money they make. What they make doesn't really matter that much to them--they'll make anything as long as it pays.

The other wants to make money because it allows them to make more things. They want to improve their product. They want to extend their line. They want to create another book, another song, another movie. They love what they make and they see making money as a way to do even more of what they love. They dream of building a company that makes the best things possible...and making money is the way to fuel that dream and build that company they love.

While it is certainly possible to find that one product that everyone wants and grow rich by selling that product, most successful businesses evolve and grow and, as they make money, reinvest that money in a relentless pursuit of excellence.

"We don't make movies to make money, we make money to make more movies."--Walt Disney

5. Do one thing better
Pick one thing you're already better at than most people. Just. One. Thing. Become maniacally focused at doing that one thing. Work. Train. Learn. Practice. Evaluate. Refine. Be ruthlessly self-critical, not in a masochistic way but to ensure you continue to work to improve every aspect of that one thing.

Financially successful people do at least one thing better than just about everyone around them. (Of course it helps if you pick something to be great at that the world also values--and will pay for.)

Excellence is its own reward, but excellence also commands higher pay--and greater respect, greater feelings of self-worth, greater fulfillment, a greater sense of achievement...all of which make you rich in non-monetary terms.

Win-win.

6. Make a list of the world's 10 best people at that one thing
How did you pick those 10? How did you determine who was the best? How did you measure their success?

Use those criteria to track your own progress towards becoming the best.

If you're an author, it could be Amazon rankings. If you're a musician, it could be iTunes downloads. If you're a programmer, it could be the number of people that use your software. If you're a leader, it could be the number of people you train and develop who move on to bigger and better things. If you're an online retailer, it could be purchases per visitor, or on-time shipping, or conversion rate....

Don't just admire successful people. Take a close look at what makes them successful. Then use those criteria to help create your own measures of success. And then...

7. Consistently track your progress
We tend to become what we measure, so track your progress at least once a week against your key measures.

Maybe you'll measure how many people you've helped. Maybe you'll measure how many customers you've served. Maybe you'll evaluate the key steps on your journey to becoming the world's best at one thing.

Maybe it's a combination of those things, and more.

8. Build routines that ensure progress
Never forget that achieving a goal is based on creating routines. Say you want to write a 200-page book. That's your goal. Your system to achieve that goal could be to write four pages a day; that's your routine. Wishing and hoping won't get you to a finished manuscript, but sticking faithfully to your routine ensures you reach your goal.

Or say you want to land 100 new customers through inbound marketing. That's your goal; your routine is to create new content, new videos, new podcasts, new white papers, etc., on whatever schedule you set. Stick to that routine and meet your deadlines, and if your content is great, you will land those new customers.

Wishing and hoping won't get you there--sticking faithfully to your routine will.

Set goals, create routines that support those goals, and then ruthlessly track your progress. Fix what doesn't work. Improve and repeat what does work. Refine and revise and adapt and work hard every day to be better than you were yesterday.

Soon you'll be good. Then you'll be great. And one day you'll be world-class.

And then, probably without even noticing, you'll also be a millionaire. You know, if you like that sort of thing.

Business / Essentials For Succeeding In Any Business You Choose by tweetsme(m): 6:46pm On Oct 28, 2015
Finding success as an entrepreneur can often come with a number of challenges. No matter what industry you are in, or how long you have been working at it, there will always be obstacles to overcome and challenges that come your way. However, there are five key lessons that every entrepreneur can use to their advantage during their journey.
1. Start your company in an industry you love.

If you want to do well, you need to start a company in an industry that you are truly passionate about, or one that you have experience in. Expertise is key to making a company work, but you need more. Before you launch, do your homework on the industry. Your company won't succeed if it's just another version of someone else’s idea. You need to locate an improvement or a new product or service that fulfills unmet demand.

Your main focuses as an entrepreneur is providing the public what they need or desire, whether they know it or not. You don’t have to be the most innovative company ever invented but you do need to offer something new and fresh, whether that's a unique perspective or simply opening a shop in a neighborhood that needs your services. Whatever it may be, your company needs to have purpose.
2. Never focus on short-term earnings.

You likely became an entrepreneur to make some money but never focus on short-term earnings. The big money is in the long-term fulfillment. No matter how much or how little you make in the short term, your focus should always be long. You don’t want to be a flash in the pan, you want to be an established, respectable company that enjoys long-term earnings.

This is precisely why so many Internet companies have little or no revenue when they start out. They focus on users first and monetizing their efforts later. Have a long-term mindset to grow an established, successful brand.
3. No niche is too small.

No niche is too small if you are willing to work hard. If you are an expert in a small or non-traditional niche, don’t be afraid to go for it. You never know where it will take you.

Just because your niche is small, it doesn’t mean that you have to think in small terms. Think how you can take that small, specific niche and grow it into something much larger.

4. Use new tools to grow faster.

Being a successful entrepreneur is all about taking an idea and growing that idea into an established company. Politics / Tanzania Opposition Calls For Vote Recount, Zanzibar Poll Nullified by tweetsme(m): 6:38pm On Oct 28, 2015
Tanzania's opposition presidential candidate Edward Lowassa on Wednesday called for a recount of Sunday's election for the presidency, citing voting irregularities in the East African nation's tightest elections in more than five decades.

Earlier, the vote in Tanzania's semi-autonomous Zanzibar archipelago was annulled after the election commission there cited "gross violations", meaning there will be a fresh ballot on the islands that have been a hotbed of opposition to the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party.

The United States said in statement it was "gravely alarmed" by the decision to nullify the Zanzibar results, calling for the decision to be reversed after what it called an "orderly" vote.

The Zanzibar vote was part of a national election to pick a new president and parliament for Tanzania, a nation that has been one of Africa's most politically stable nations.

Tanzania's National Electoral Commission (NEC) had planned to reveal the winner of the national presidential race on Thursday, but Lowassa called on NEC to cancel that announcement.

"We demand that NEC should do a verification of the results and recount the votes," Lowassa said at a news conference in Tanzania's commercial capital, Dar es Salaam, saying he wanted a recount of the presidential not parliamentary vote.

The electoral commission in mainland Tanzania and the ruling CCM party, in power since British colonial rule ended in 1961, have both dismissed opposition allegations of rigging.

"Claims of vote rigging highly misleading," the chairman of the National Electoral Commission, Damian Lubuva, told journalists on Wednesday. "It is not true at all."

Results from the presidential race began trickling in on Monday, showing the CCM candidate, John Magufuli, leading the former prime minister Lowassa.

On Zanzibar, an official from the opposition Civic United Front (CUF) said annulling the poll was a ploy to rerun the vote it had won. There was no immediate comment from CCM, but it has previously said it was on track for a slim win there.

CCM said it had complaints about violations in at least four parliamentary constituencies where it had lost to the opposition and would to go court to contest the parliamentary outcome.

But CCM said the overall picture was that "elections were free and fair" and that voting reflected the will of people.

Tanzania has been one of the continent's most politically stable nations but Zanzibar has often been a kernel of political tension due to its traditional opposition to central government.

This election has been the most hotly contested in CCM's history after the main opposition parties formed a coalition for the first time, fielding a single presidential candidate for Zanzibar and a single candidate for the united republic.

Lubava said the annulment in Zanzibar would not affect the Tanzania vote and the process would continue as planned.

On Monday, police fired teargas to disperse CUF supporters in Zanzibar after they gathered to celebrate what the opposition party said was its victory. The CCM had disputed this.

Getting rich and becoming a millionaire is a taboo topic. Saying it can be done by the age of 30 seems like a fantasy.

It shouldn’t be taboo and it is possible. At the age of 21, I got out of college, broke and in debt, and by the time I was 30, I was a millionaire.

Here are the 10 steps that will guarantee you will become a millionaire by 30.

1. Follow the money. In today’s economic environment you cannot save your way to millionaire status. The first step is to focus on increasing your income in increments and repeating that. My income was $3,000 a month and nine years later it was $20,000 a month. Start following the money and it will force you to control revenue and see opportunities.

2. Don’t show off -- show up! I didn’t buy my first luxury watch or car until my businesses and investments were producing multiple secure flows of income. I was still driving a Toyota Camry when I had become a millionaire. Be known for your work ethic, not the trinkets that you buy.

3. Save to invest, don’t save to save. The only reason to save money is to invest it. Put your saved money into secured, sacred (untouchable) accounts. Never use these accounts for anything, not even an emergency. This will force you to continue to follow step one (increase income). To this day, at least twice a year, I am broke because I always invest my surpluses into ventures I cannot access.

4. Avoid debt that doesn’t pay you. Make it a rule that you never use debt that won’t make you money. I borrowed money for a car only because I knew it could increase my income. Rich people use debt to leverage investments and grow cash flows. Poor people use debt to buy things that make rich people richer.

5. Treat money like a jealous lover. Millions wish for financial freedom, but only those that make it a priority have millions. To get rich and stay rich you will have to make it a priority. Money is like a jealous lover. Ignore it and it will ignore you, or worse, it will leave you for someone who makes it a priority.

6. Money doesn’t sleep. Money doesn’t know about clocks, schedules or holidays, and you shouldn’t either. Money loves people that have a great work ethic. When I was 26 years old, I was in retail and the store I worked at closed at 7 p.m. Most times you could find me there at 11 p.m. making an extra sale. Never try to be the smartest or luckiest person -- just make sure you outwork everyone.

7. Poor makes no sense. I have been poor, and it sucks. I have had just enough and that sucks almost as bad. Eliminate any and all ideas that being poor is somehow OK. Bill Gates has said, "If you’re born poor, it’s not your mistake. But if you die poor, it is your mistake."

8. Get a millionaire mentor. Most of us were brought up middle class or poor and then hold ourselves to the limits and ideas of that group. I have been studying millionaires to duplicate what they did. Get your own personal millionaire mentor and study them. Most rich people are extremely generous with their knowledge and their resources.

9. Get your money to do the heavy lifting. Investing is the Holy Grail in becoming a millionaire and you should make more money off your investments than your work. If you don’t have surplus money you won’t make investments. The second company I started required a $50,000 investment. That company has paid me back that $50,000 every month for the last 10 years. My third investment was in real estate, where I started with $350,000, a large part of my net worth at the time. I still own that property today and it continues to provide me with income. Investing is the only reason to do the other steps, and your money must work for you and do your heavy lifting.

10. Shoot for $10 million, not $1 million. The single biggest financial mistake I’ve made was not thinking big enough. I encourage you to go for more than a million. There is no shortage of money on this planet, only a shortage of people thinking big enough.

Apply these 10 steps and they will make you rich. Steer clear of people that suggest your financial dreams are born of greed. Avoid get-rich-quick schemes, be ethical, never give up, and once you make it, be willing to help others get there too.

Politics / Breaking News: Boko Haram Bombs 2 Nigerian Mosque Killing 30 Persons by tweetsme(m): 6:43pm On Oct 16, 2015
Four women suicide bombers blew themselves up early Friday when challenged by soldiers as they tried to enter a city in northeastern Nigeria, killing at least 18 people and themselves.

Maiduguri, a city that was the birthplace of Boko Haram and is now the home base of government forces trying to crush the Islamic extremists, has been hit by a series of bombings, exacting a terrible toll among civilians.

The attack on Friday — described by civilian defense fighters, the National Emergency Management Agency and witnesses — came just hours after two bombs exploded near a mosque here, killing at least 30 people.

The wounded from that attack were taken to a hospital. One patient lay on a stained, bare mattress, head wrapped in bandages, as anxious women peered through a window from outside.

Twenty people were wounded in that attack, some critically, said the emergency agency's northeast Nigeria coordinator, Muhammed Kanar.

The military and troops from neighboring countries have pushed the extremists from strongholds this year but the suicide bomb attacks by Boko Haram have continued.

Nigeria's army chief indicated a major offensive is imminent. An offensive by a multinational force with troops from Nigeria and its neighbors has been long delayed by funding issues and other disputes.

Boko Haram wants to enforce extreme interpretation of Islamic law across Nigeria, Africa's biggest oil producer with a population of about 170 million split almost equally between Christians and Muslims.

Education / How To Make Your Business Plan Stand Out To Get The Best Results by tweetsme(m): 6:01pm On Oct 16, 2015
One of the first steps to business planning is determining your target market and why they would want to buy from you.

For example, is the market you serve the best one for your product or service? Are the benefits of dealing with your business clear and are they aligned with customer needs? If you're unsure about the answers to any of these questions, take a step back and revisit the foundation of your business plan.

The following tips can help you clarify what your business has to offer, identify the right target market for it and build a niche for yourself.

Be Clear About What You Have to Offer

Ask yourself: Beyond basic products or services, what are you really selling? Consider this example: Your town probably has several restaurants all selling one fundamental product—food. But each is targeted at a different need or clientele.

One might be a drive-thru fast food restaurant, perhaps another sells pizza in a rustic Italian kitchen, and maybe there’s a fine dining seafood restaurant that specializes in wood-grilled fare. All these restaurants sell meals, but they sell them to targeted clientele looking for the unique qualities each has to offer. What they are really selling is a combination of product, value, ambience and brand experience.

When starting a business, be sure to understand what makes your business unique. What needs does your product or service fulfill? What benefits and differentiators will help your business stand out from the crowd?

Don’t Become a Jack of All Trades-Learn to Strategize

It’s important to clearly define what you’re selling. You do not want to become a jack-of-all trades and master of none because this can have a negative impact on business growth. As a smaller business, it's often a better strategy to divide your products or services into manageable market niches. Small operations can then offer specialized goods and services that are attractive to a specific group of prospective buyers.

Identify Your Niche

Creating a niche for your business is essential to success. Often, business owners can identify a niche based on their own market knowledge, but it can also be helpful to conduct a market survey with potential customers to uncover untapped needs. During your research process, identify the following:

Which areas your competitors are already well-established
Which areas are being ignored by your competitors
Potential opportunities for your business
