Please guys! I need as much help as possible with the question. I notice in all Norwegian schools that they have a slot space of 10-15 for international students. Please is it that bad? Do they admit that low and also, is there a way to find out the particular number of people applying to a course for a academic year? Also how can I check to see how many student they admitted like last year.

No! It was stated that there are courses taught in English but if you want to study in French; it is required for you to have French language qualification

The entry session is September each year.

A form will be given to you by VSF to give your sponsor to fill, then they will attach their ID card, and their last three months bank statement and pay slip. No affidavit.

So it safe to say anybody can sponsor you from any part of the world. Also! I hope for the ID cards it is photocopy or scanned color and not original.
