From current indications uzodima hasn’t

Same way you pple was hating on him, succeeded in using insecurity fueled by agitators to frustrate his administration but overwhelmingly he cleared all the local government in his reelection bid.

@bolded. It's just unfortunate. I dey pity you. Which current indications are you talking about? Can you show me any index or statistics to proof that Imo state has improved in any sector for 4 years now. I forgot, road markings are the new achievements in Imo state. The picture you showed earlier showed a road marking painted green, when is he going to create yellow road markings?

what did rochas do? Littering everywhere with substandard projects?

That guy you responded to lacks proper exposure. He is talking about the same Okorocha that wasted Imo state's money on substandard projects. Almost all the roads Okorocha constructed got washed away in just a year. The same fool built a flyover that was considered a death trap and a useless tunnel that was always flooded after rainfall. The same Okorocha that connived with some dubious traditional leaders to collect people's land to build his own structures? Is it not the same fool that built a convention center that collapsed after he left office? He even stole the furniture he placed in the convention center when he was leaving office. He claimed he built hospitals but 80% of the hospitals he claimed he built were never equipped. The thief used Imo state's money to build a University (Eastern Palm University) for himself and was giving his family members different meaningless appointments just to steal more money. Does Okorocha even have major projects in Orlu and Okigwe? Okorocha was a useless governor who deviated from his vision for Imo state after he joined APC, unfortunately, Hope Uzodinma is has become worse because now, Imo state is not only retrogressing, the former tourism capital of the East has now become a bloodbath.

On his last reelection speech he Made mention of reconstructing orlu internal roads . He already did Teaching hospital road properly marked.
Mr Hope uzodima is actually doing his best despite the hate from you all

People like you should be banished from Igboland because your poor thinking and low standards are detrimental to our overall growth as a people. Imo has the highest number of unemployed people in the east, Imo has lost its glory in the education sector, even Ebonyi state has surpassed Imo in terms of investment and growth in the education sector, Imo state's IGR is one of the poorest in Nigeria, Imo is the most indepted state in the East and in the top 5 most indepted state in Nigeria with nothing to show for it. The useless fool of a governor and his worthless and clueless supporters have been celebrating road markings for close to 5 years now. The fool even invited Buhari twice to commission half completed roads. You and other supporters of this bad governance in Imo state are delinquents and deserve to be banished from Igboland. You think coming here to post the images of private hotels in Imo is an achievement? You are poorly exposed.

Can we see his input in Health, Education and Agriculture? What of Imo state's IGR and economy in general? Dem bomb their houses in Abule Ado, they simply went back to rebuild it with all their resources!
Dem come back begin demolish your houses again, you will just buy the land back from their corrupt officials and rebuild again! So that they will have something to demolish the next time they show up!

Ask yourself where the Igbos of this generation left their brain Anyway, i no fit cry for anybody because they will always say "Thats impossicant" when you tell them to curtail their risks of building heaven and earth in Lagos and other places when they have next to nothing in their villages or anywhere in their state!

By the way, I am someone that left the madness of Lagos and channeled my resources to buy a fantastic house in Asaba. I have since relocated my business to Asaba too! My quality of life has drastically increased since I started living in Asaba and left the mad life of living like a rat in Lagos and staying many hours in Lagos traffic everyday! Its just sad that many Igbos who would actually do better outside Lagos think that Lagos is "abroad" for them. Unfortunately Lagos isn't even as developed as the least developed South African city! Not to mention Europe or Asia. But people will continue to die to live there. Maka why

Same here. I don't give a hoot about those guys whose houses are getting demolished in Lagos. If Ndigbo can't learn from history, then they will learn from first-hand experience.

This claim can't be confirmed now. Let's wait for official report from NBS. The Achebe airport got 250k passengers in almost 2 years but previously, Enugu airport got about 300k in just 1 year while Owerri airport got over 440k passengers in one year. I'm sure the traffic in those airports would have reduced by now due to the introduction of the Achebe airport but let's still wait for official air traffic report before concluding.

Bestmanfornow:
Shetimma, Soludo, Others, Commission Meter Manufacturing Company In Oraifite

Nigeria's Vice President, Senator Kashim Shetimma has commissioned an electric energy metre manufacturing factory built by Advanced Energy Management Solution Ltd, AEMSL in Oraifite, Ekwusigo Council Area of Anambra State.

Governor Chukwuma Soludo who received the Vice President at the Chinua Achebe International Airport, Umueri earlier in the day, accompanied him to the factory commissioning ceremony.

Owing to the enabling environment being created by the Soludo-led administration, the commissioning of the electric meter manufacturing company in Oraifite is a big boon to Anambra state as it can lead to numerous benefits.

With the increased demand for electricity across the state, having such a company that produces electric meters can help meet the demand and also provide job opportunities to the people in Anambra state and beyond.

Performing the commissioning ceremony, the Vice President who lauded the development strides of the Soludo-led government in the state, especially in helping to create the enabling environment for businesses to thrive, expressed optimism that the factory will stimulate the economy of not just the state but the entire country.

On his part, Governor Soludo hopes the Vice President's visit to the state strengthens the synergy between the State and the federal government, leading to better cooperation on issues of mutual interest, such as security, environment, education, and healthcare; a relationship that could also help Anambra State secure more federal funding for its programmes and initiatives.

During the visit, the Vice President also commissioned Ijele FM radio station and flagged-off the third phase of Sir Emeka Offor Foundation Housing Scheme, as well as witnessed the distribution of palliatives to widows' cooperative society.

Symbolic presentation of house keys to select-widows by the Foundation also featured during the ceremony attended by Anambra State Deputy Governor, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, Secretary to the State Government, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu, Chief of Staff to Governor Soludo, Mr. Ernest Ezeajughi, National, State House Assemblies and House of Representatives members, among others.

Lol dream. Oil production is different from oil reserve. Oil production in Ondo state is higher than oil production in the Eastern states but that does not mean Ondo has more oil than the eastern states. Libya has the largest oil reserve in Africa but Angola and Nigeria are the largest oil producing countries on the continent. Hope you understand now. Same with Venezuela that has the largest oil reserve in the world but the USA is the largest oil producing country in North and South America.

Egbin was built by the FGN, Omotosho and Papalanto power plants in Ogun was built by the FGN with Chinese loan.

Geometric was the first attempt at a private power station and was blocked by Emeka Offor who claimed that when he bought 40% of EEDC, Aba was included despite an earlier agreement between FGN and Geometric.

I think what ails the SE is industrial development. Industry traps capital and creates massive job opportunities. Innoson motors alone generates 10-30 billion in Nnewi. If Nnewi had just 50 companies of that size it would be a massive economy. All the cash generated would fuel retail, housing, schools, etc. There is a reason China looks like USA.

Industry should be Anambras priority and they should learn from the Ethiopians of how to go about it through industrial layout designed and funded by the Chinese.
https://www.oceansking.com/product/88.html

Anambra should have industrial parks for textiles and garments, electrical components, auto parts and integrated circuits.

The vision should be 200 companies providing 100,000 jobs. It would massively boost the state.

All these things you mentioned are good for the growth of Igboland but I'm still not comfortable with Igboland not having, at least, the 3 major assets that sustain every economy which are electricity, fuel and telecommunications. I hope our industrialists look into it because even if we have 1 million industries that employ millions of our people all the Nigerian government needs to do to kill our growth is to shutdown the grid delivering electricity to us and order NNPC to end delivery of fuel to the SE and watch how our millions of industries will shutdown within a week.

The federal government can't do same to the south west because the SW will immediately take control of the Powerplants in their region, they have the worlds largest oil refinery, infact, the South West is currently the most structurally independent region in this country and I respect them for that. They have mastered the Art of using every opportunity they have to attract the most critical infrastructure and industries to their land. Obasanjo built a gas pipeline to Ogun state to power the industries there, Osinbanjo used his influence to ensure the railway in the south west is working fully, they quickly provided land for Dangote to build the world's largest refinery in Lagos which is the smallest state in the country.

I commend those Igbo sons who are building their industries at home and I know that one day we will have those critical assets I mentioned earlier and I hope they come fast. There is small hope now that Imo and Abia state governments have said that they are working on seaports in their various states. I just hope they were serious about it because eastern governors are more of talking with less action. Thank God we have Airports cheesy. With 3 standard international airports even though they barely get international flights, there is stil hope.

We are all witnesses the "creative" way the federal government nearly scuttled the Aba fenced off electric market that was awarded to Geometruic by OBJ..........The clueless buffoon Jonathan under the counsel of ndi ugwu allocated the same Aba to another buffoon Emeka offor .................some of what ails us in the southeast is external! Let us not be naive!

How do you explain that the governor of Enugu built an oil farm in Ogun state when the only oil farm in Enugu (and the east in general) is not functioning? The issue with Geometric Power had to do with both electricity generation and transmission. The federal government has provided the license for states and other independent contractors to build power plants. What is stopping those in Igboland from building their own? Egbin Powerplant in Lagos is indigenous, there is another indigenous power plant in Ogun. These are just private Powerplants excluding those built by the governments of Ogun and Lagos. In the East, we don't have state owned neither do we have private owned and you are blaming the Federal Government? I beg to defer from what you said about the Federal Government being the main thing hindering our progress, we Ndigbo are our own problems. If the Federal Government could not stop Anambra from building an International Airport, why do you think they will stop Anambra from building a power plant? If Anambra can budget billions to build an Airport, why can't Anambra budget billions to build, at least, a 100mw power plant? What is stopping that daft Imo state from doing same? With all the natural gas we have? Disgrace.

Obi Jackson hotel okija 3d pictures

I know he will deliver a world class hotel in his hometown okija close to his golf course

Igboland is not yet ready to become independent. In the last 10 years, Yoruba sons who are into oil and gas have built more than 2 powerplants in their region to achieve self sufficiency in power generation. Dangote has built the world's largest refinery in Lagos, all the telecom companies have their equipment and head offices in Lagos. The South West can be fully independent if anything happens to Nigeria because they have the 3 main things that make a country function: Electricity, Fuel and Telecommunication.

Now look at Igboland, hotels everywhere, housing estates up and down. If anything happens to Nigeria today, we are fvcked. No petrol refinery, no fully functioning powerplant, no telecommunication. Northern Nigeria has Kanji Dam, Shiroro Dam, Mambila Powerplant etc these plants alone can generate over 2000MW of power at full capacity. The South South has Afam powerplant, about 2 other Powerplants in Delta, Tony Elumelu recently built another either in Delta or Rivers state. They also have multiple modular refineries plus the Port Harcourt refinery that can be quickly repaired. South East is just there. No form of sustainability at all. IGR poor, power generation poor, geometric power has been making noise about their paltry 180mw power plant in Aba for about 10 years now, I'm not even sure it has started working up till now; no single refinery up till now, thank God for the Hausa man who built a 5000bpd modular refinery in Imo state but even at that, the refinery does not produce petrol and 5000bpd is too small for the South east.

I know I'm not in a position to tell Obi Jackson what he should invest his money into but, I thought this was the same man that wanted to build a 2000mw power plant in Okija at one time like that? What happened to that project? The most annoying part is that we have the wealthy individuals who can build these things but they rather build it outside igboland. The southeast suffers so much from petrol price hikes because the NNPC depot in the East is no longer functioning. Do you believe that despite this issues in igboland, the current governor of Enugu built a massive Oil farm in Ogun state instead of Enugu. He commissioned the project few weeks before the governorship election. We keep building important economic assets outside while we build unsustainable stuff in the east.

This hotel and golf course by Obi Jackson is good but I would have preferred the powerplant he proposed few years back.
