You have just one option considering your academics and all.
Look around you, locate a promising area, get a/some parcel(s) of land depending on how much your money can afford.
Watch it appreciate over time having to do nothing.
Just ensure to buy from a secured and trusted buyer and make sure you involve another trusted person around you who has bought lands on occasions and knows what and what to consider before getting one. Tell the person to put you through and thank me later.
Lastly, beware of scammers both here and outside here and those idiots that would ask you to do shit all in the name of being funny.

You are very correct. There's still a lot of things that needs to be done before we go nuclear. Now two questions arises:

1. Do one needs to learn how to use a laptop before buying one?
2. Does owning a laptop force one to know how to use a laptop/phone.

Of course this analogy may not work but it will surely help in seeing what needs to be done.

I think they should be energy mix in Nigeria just like every advanced countries do. Nigeria is too large to use one source. So everything including solar, wind, etc should be used. Nuclear only comes with a lot of advantages. One of which is the fact that once a nuclear power plant is started, it will produce energy for atleast 6 months. With newer reactor designs, one can do fuel maintenance while in operation. Imagine having a constant electricity for atleast 6 months nonstop giving to industries, etc at a cheap rate. What effects do you think it will have to our economy and SMEs?
