He is right & you are wrong. NYSC reckons with Age at Graduation for mobilization. If you were below 30 at Graduation, you will be mobilized for NYSC even 30 years after..Infact, you are not suppose to get employed with your degree certificate till you acquire the NYSC certificate. NYSC is compulsory for every Nigerian that graduated before the Age of 30!

Can you prove that "NYSC reckons with Age at Graduation for mobilization and you will be mobilized for NYSC even 30 years after graduation" by referencing and quoting the NYSC act, not what you think?

NYSC issues service certificates to participants and NYSC also issues exemption certificates to those who are above 30 years old.

You only need the NYSC certificate or NYSC exemption certificate or letter to get a job with both public and private organizations in Nigeria and to get government appointments.

Open up your mind and learn, stop talking thrash on public media space.

That's true. You can still serve several years later provided you graduated before you turned 30.

No! What you are entitled to get is an exemption from NYSC service.

Is this a new police? Since when? Because for a long time, including during my own service year, I used to see old corpers who are clearly over 40 in camp. The explanation has always been that they graduated years ago but only just got mobilised to serve.

If you see older persons serving during NYSC, it means they falsified their ages or NYSC decided to compromise on the requirements of the act that established NYSC

Did they graduate before the age of 30? If someone graduated before age 30, it doesn't matter what age he or she later decides to be mobilised for NYSC. One can only be eligible for exemption if they GRADUATE after age 30. That's what the NYSC rules say.

That is not true. Once you are above the admissible age at filing for call-up, you are expected to get an exemption from NYSC service.

Mind you, an exemption still qualifies you for private or public service and government appointments.

Children of nowadays . You're only good at insulting people once you can't win them in any meaningful arguments. I won't descend low to your level. You're a scallywag. EOD

Okay, let me go there since you have made the discuss about age: How old are you?

Who is trying to win you; what are we struggling to win?

Can you see why I said you are unreasonable and not worth my time to discuss.

You are just a nonentity and broken person. You are not my problem and I don't even wanna be bothered by your kind.

Exactly the lazy man's approach , you can't hold brief for no performance and high handedness. The earlier the better you know that power is transient the better. Who is holding him from performing or concentrating on his job.

Pls be wise about it. How has criticizing someone to sit down in Abuja and do his job, meet the right people and stakeholders suddenly becomes a problem but your sentimental microscopic view will not see him going back, living his job and Interfering with what doesn't concern him in rivers . You won't see that .

Just tell him that he needs to hold meetings with the senator representing abuja simple. Moreso, you can keep telling him this truth , though bitter and you may not like it either . "" Power is transient "

Did I say power isn't transient?

Is there a better performing minister than Wike in the current administration? So what do you mean by no performance and high handedness?

He doesn't have to hold any meeting with any senator who has little regard for him, engages public embarrassment of the FCT minister's person and always want petty attention. Tell your senator to find a better approach to corresponding and engaging Wike.

As for you, you can find the nearest electric transformer to hug if you don't like my comments. I don't care about your opinion anyway since our reasoning is on different levels.

It's such a shame that you're supporting this kind of barbarism act with big and meaningless grammar. FYI governance is not the way you think it is . Wike is not a lord to himself and can never be. You think power tis for ever. He wile will fall one day under the woman's help and by that time all these his any panky he is playing will not help him. Abi you think the monsters seat is for ever . No bro.

No permanent enemies, politics only has permanent interest. Wike could be treated as a prodigal son tomorrow by PDP and also treated as someone that cannot be trusted by APC. He is neither here nor there but that time , he would have lost his support base in rivers and Benin exile permanently in Abuja, even the Abuja , will be too hot for him.

He needs to see, discuss and at the same time fashion out ways with the senator and the house or representative members who are representing the good people of FCT. When the issue starts even Akpabio too will not be able to save him.

It's a matter of time

Oga, I am not as sentimental as you are about the meeting or no meeting matter. I don't have time for your ridiculous sentiments about Wike's wife being helped by the senator, come on!

I wonder what other issue you want to start with Wike. Let the man concentrate on his job.

Simple.

Romance / Re: Can The Past Life Of A Lady Truly Be Overlooked ? by Wallade(m): 4:13pm On Jan 26
Elzazzi:
I will try and make this brief and please ignore the errors.

I was with my close friend yesterday evening. While we were chilling together, a call came in on his phone. it was his cousin that called telling what had happened and also seeking his advice. Now this is what happened, this his cousin has been dating this lady for about a year I think and he has already proposed to her and even took her to his parents and siblings. He also visited the lady family and did some introduction. Now April this year has been chosen for the wedding ceremony proper and a date has been fixed. This is where trouble started.

My friend cousin created a WhatsApp group for his wedding ceremony, he added all his friends and some of his classmates to this group so they can join hands and make his wedding day memorable. He posted his wedding IV to the group and some pictures of him and the lady, one of his old time classmate recognized her and immediately called him for a private meeting for urgent discussions.

He visited him the next day and this guy told him everything about his fiancée. How she used to be a stripper in Lagos clubs years back and how he and his friends had wild 3some with her. She used to base in Lagos as a call girl but relocated to Abuja and that’s where she met my friend cousin. After all these revelation this guy was in deep pain as he had already gone far with the weeding preparations. Of course his old time classmate advised him not to marry her, but this guy loves her so much and he is in a big dilemma of what to do next. As he thinking of leaving the country and go start life with her elsewhere.

Can such past truly be overlooked?

After my friend explained everything to me, I was just short of words but of course I advised he shouldn’t marry her. What advice would you give him in such a situation my fellow Nlanders ?

Now he knows her past and of he is willing to let it slide, that is fine and it is better for them to relocate out of the country to avoid gossips and undue interference.

Big ups to the guy. However, he needs to discuss his findings with his wife to be, give her an opportunity to confess or see her reaction upon putting the findings to her.

Oga it is not only compulsory but necessary for him to see her. What the hell are you talking about. Where did you get that from. Do you rule people without talking to them or their representatives. Never, oga listen it is not done. Wike should not be selecting people to talk to. If you're not biased , maybe because she is not either an APC woman nor PDP person.

FYI wike too many likely end that same way. Enough is enough of all manners of antics .. you cannot use illegality to manage crisis. When did he get to Abuja and who does he know there . Anyway make I just dey look you for double standard.

Is he working independent of the people's representative. Why will she be looking for ways to pacify someone being paid to do his job. Let him continue, he is just perfecting the process of demaketizing APC which they won't win anywhere is this act of grandstanding, and non cooperative. Even Mr president will not be that draconian not to see the woman.

Who is ruling? Is Wike ruling her or she rules Wike?

Again, I insist that Wike doesn't have to see her to correspond with her. If she has any information to communicate to Wike, she can use other official correspondence when Wike is not disposed to a physical meeting with her. It is so simple.

Wike is human and has a right to select who he wants to meet? We all have rights to associate or not with anyone we choose, irrespective of party affiliation. Wike has a right not to meet an APC person if he so desires.

It is none of your business to determine or evaluate when Wike got to Abuja or who he knows in Abuja. You can't change the fact that he is the FCT minister, as we chat, and perhaps for a long time to come.

If the FCT representative or senators wants to work closely with Wike, she should stop the public drama, stop her attacks on the FCT minister, directly or through proxies. She should know Wike is not a man to box into a corner, harass or bully into submission. She needs to change her strategy.

What do you mean by: demarketizing APC? Kindly explain.

Lagos is the economic engine room of Nigeria, and the most developed. It is the smallest but also the most populous state. The only state that has land border with Lagos State is Ogun State

Despite the wealth and potential of Lagos, its closest neighbour, Ogun State, never managed to tap into that wealth.

The capital of Ogun State, Abeokuta, is a glorified village. The only other places worth mentioning, Sango-Ota and Sagamu, are nothing to write home about.

Why is it that Ogun State never developed to the level of Lagos, despite being closest to Lagos?

What kind of development are you talking about?

Exactly the problem FCT has. It just shows clearly that the hands of the senator are clean. You said why will a senator see you, see you for what.... No no no no this is too bad and unacceptable. This takes of arrogance and pride..

You're not available to sit down with a colleague? Man you're not a lord. You're appointed to make the job of the president much more easier. You need to be everyone's friend including none party members , women and children.. abuja is not rivers.

Mr president need to call this man to order. You will need people when election. Time comes around again and nigerians are getting wiser.

It is not compulsory for Wike to see her. If she needs to see him, she can book an appointment with his office. If he would not grant the appointment, she can write official correspondence to his office to communicate her desires, suggestions and advice.

Mind you, she is not his colleague. He is a minister and she is a senator, however they can relate officially in person or via official correspondence.

Wike is available but obviously a man of pride and a man that has ego. She needs to find an effective way to handle him and get her official expectations from him.

Besides, what was the senator expecting? She should focus on law making and discuss her constituency projects with the relevant MDAs and ministry without castigating or attacking the minister at every given opportunity.

Wike does not report to her or any senator. Wike is a staff of the president so she needs to restrategize.

She has to stop being dramatic. In fact, she is beginning to give me an impression that she is incompetent or I'll equipped for the job of a senator.

The senator representing FCT should work on her emotional intelligence.

She can meet Wike in person or pass her correspondence through letter to the office of the minister.

Government is not about vilifying and castigating each other through the media or third party. If she can't bridge the gap between Wike and herself to be able to relate smoothly with Wike or other government officers, then she can just resign.

The senator of FCT should stop this drama on the media space, we are interested in FCT development not their selfish interest of ego.

I can't understand how the relocation of certain depts in CBN and relocation of FAAN to Lagos affects members of the public adversely so much as to elicit such outbursts and complains from NEF and notable northerners.

What is their fear? Why are they worried?

CBN is independent of government on such decisions and the management must have their reasons for the move. They don't need to justify it to the public.

I don't think so, I could withdraw my case to pursue a better option, settle out of court, or to restate my case in the light of other information, prior to commencement of argument in court.

You didn't demand referendum peacefully, you attacked your people, police and soldiers.

If your senators, lawmakers, judges and governors are loyal to Nigeria, then you are divided in your demand.

A referendum will help you know those for biafra and those against it. Then you can pass it to the National Assembly for ratification and Nigerian government approval.

Quote the history of PALESTINE existence 5000years ago let's see

Can you read? Google is your friend.

"Archaeologic and genetic data support that both Jews and Palestinians came from the ancient Canaanites, who extensively mixed with Egyptians, Mesopotamian, and Anatolian peoples in ancient times. Thus, Palestinian-Jewish rivalry is based in cultural and religious, but not in genetic, differences. The relatively close relatedness of both Jews and Palestinians to western Mediterranean populations reflects the continuous circum-Mediterranean cultural and gene flow that have occurred in prehistoric and historic times. This flow overtly contradicts the demic diffusion model of western Mediterranean populations substitution by agriculturalists coming from the Middle East in the Mesolithic-Neolithic transition."

"Our word “Palestine” actually comes from the word “Philistine.” So technically, historically, and according to the Bible, the Palestinians are the Philistines. But no one uses the word Palestinian that way today, for a lot of reasons. The most obvious is the fact that they were obliterated before the 6th century BC....."
