am sure dey will issue u testimonial frm ur sch. also request for TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, if u ask for, dey understand d term "to whom it may concern" after then u will go to the court wit d testimonial or to whom it may concern also u cn use both. u will use it as an "exhibit" in d affidavit. daz all sir

I tynk u don't need d affidavit cus the school stamp will be on it....besides they will give u with a photocopy of your name in ur class register so as to prove u attended the school

try ur best 2 get ur original result but if its nt possible den still attend d afsb... wher it would b extremely necessary 2 hv d originals is if u make d final list and yes u hv 2 sign d guardian form in court...dat should b done by ur parents tho and nt u cos dat form means u are signing ur life away 2 d Nigeria armed forces... so in d event of death or anything dey can't b blamed or sued
