For Pete's sake, I'm NOT particularly after building a commercial website. Despite the fact that I included Estate management as an option, I only included it should a developer see it as the easiest kind of Web application he/she can build. Remember, I said the developer should choose the easiest Web application he can build. its entirely up to him/her.

Here, I expect that after the developer chooses what kind of Web site that is easiest for him to develope, he will then give me the bill. Is that not a right norm?

Like I stated earlier, make your choice. JUST ONE CHOICE NOT THE THREE. From my opinion, image sharing portal is easiest.
