Romance / Re: I Have Never Ever Seen Friendship Between 2 Ladies Last More Than 2years Why?? by XhosaNostra(f): 6:11pm On May 11, 2020
The friendships tend to be too high maintenance because of moodiness & gossip amongst other annoying things.
I haven't made a new female friend since my teens. All my female friends are from childhood, even with them, my patience runs very low sometimes. One is very on & off (my closest friend), which makes me wanna end the friendship for good at times. But we always manage to patch our differences, on her insistence, because me I have no problem putting her completely in the rearview. I actually function better when I'm not dealing with crap like that.

Girls, you said it yourself. No woman worth her salt will waste her time trying to reform a manchild.

I won't be sad for no 6 months, that's too long lol. It does sting a bit though. I don't waste energy where I'm not valued. I move on swiftly.

Romance / Re: Who Is To Blame? by XhosaNostra(f): 2:58pm On May 11, 2020
It's possible the mom knows something that the girl is not fully aware of just yet. The mom was a little harsh though, completely uncalled for. The girl better hope she won't be marrying into that family with a rude mother like that.
Romance / Re: What “BAD” Thing Happened On Your BIRTHDAY? by XhosaNostra(f): 1:29pm On May 11, 2020
One year, some of my relatives forgot & some wished me a happy birthday much later in the day. To put it mildly, I wasn't too thrilled. I'm still smarting about it to this day because I never "forget" birthdays of close family members.

Romance / Re: Will You Take It Lightly If Your Partner Insults Your Family? by XhosaNostra(f): 11:37am On May 11, 2020
It depends on what had transpired & what was said. Why did she drag them into the conversation? There must be a reason. You have to be impartial about it because you know, people are not without faults, even family members. They might be precious to you, but she doesn't have to like them because you do, especially if there's some bad blood there. Personally, I believe in free speech & open communication about how one feels, but I wouldn't tolerate name-calling, particularly when it comes to certain members of my family eg. Parents. Like, you can air your grievances but be respectful about it. I would never swear at anyone's parents, out of respect, so I'd expect someone else to also be mindful. Outside of that, they're free to rant & rave to their heart's content, but within reason.

Chante Siyamthanda Jantjies is the full package - brains, a good heart, and beauty. Some have even named her the Meghan Markle of South Africa on social media.

For the past few weeks her name and photos have been popping up on everyone's social media pages.

Why? Because of her indescribable beauty.

She was also chosen as a semi-finalist for Miss SA 2018, however, that was only the beginning of her incredible career.

Jantjies is currently a newsreader at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).

When we were little, we were playing in & around an old car parked in an overgrown area of a neighbour's backyard. I was standing outside of the car, scared to go in because we were warned by the adults that there could be snakes in there. But my cousin wanted to go in & I guess the other kids didn't want him to because one of them slammed the car door on his hand, severing his finger in half. I will never forget seeing the severed bit of his finger jumping around on the floor like a little frog. It was so frightening, I literally fell back just to put some distance between myself & the "dancing finger".
My cousin was taken to hospital, but unfortunately, it was too late to reattach the finger, so he had to live with it.

And when you see a white girl kissing that mouth, you would start wondering if anything ever disgusts them. You walk up to a cute white girl that’s like 9/10 only to get turn off when she opens her mouth. So the mouth thingy is genetical for both males and females.

Their dirty apartments have cockblocked me many times as they wouldn’t let me in due to unkempt living situations.

Now back to the thread, my personal observation is that African girls from very poor backgrounds in remote villages are more culpable to act irrationally when they find their way to the west, so I always suggest to my close friends to date only professional African ladies.

A friend showed me some pixs of an East African girl that told him she doesn’t date African men..I just shook my head and replied him what do you expect to hear from this village girl that thinks she has accomplished so much in life by crossing over to the west to f$ck her first old Muzungu.

So you've noticed the mouth thing too? Thought I was the only one to observe that they have the grossest mouths.

]The only trick i know how to perform are those in the bedroom[/b]Nigerians are very divided people and they tend to be very tribalistic,I don't just like the ever ending tribalism and tribalist rhetoric

"Sex kitten" yeah that's the stereotype I dig,and I have also heard that man snatcher stuff too, seem you guys don't have a good reputation in SA

So that means you don't believe in love except it comes with finances

Yeah that's true just wish south Africa can be get better,I wonder what happened to it when i was little south africa was always on dstv the buildings, tourist centers now I hear the country is going in slow decline.

Yeah well, nations rise & fall, South Africa is no different. Wasn't Zimbabwe considered the breadbasket of Africa once upon a time? They may regain that status again in the future. Change is constant, nothing remains the same forever. My country will also have its own fair share of problems like any other.

People don't seem to like outspoken & unflinching people, especially when it's women that are that way. Xhosa women are no shrinking violets, so all the talk is to be expected. The funny thing is, people can't stop but being drawn to them even with all the so-called flaws because they're not afraid to stand up for what they believe in, their standards & everything else inbetween.

@bolded, is that so?

Lol i was surprised by the amount of dark skinned people in india i heard they are alot in south india,i even heard they have a class system

I have talked about these before preference for light skin is very old and found in many cultures is not just limited to black people is just that we are entirely black and face racism for it so sensationalize it,in north africa here women lighten their skin and striaghten their hair,in east and south east asia they have a thing for light skin just see the promo photos for japanese and korean women same doll eyes fair pink skin

True.

Lol I hate that stereotype,we don't have witches is just ignorance, which I Hope one day education will eradicate

Hmm,hmm so that means I need to have lots of cash when i come to SA then wink wink wink

so how's the xenophobia issue in south africa

So it's not true? embarassed Here I was hoping you'd perform a few magic tricks for me cheesy I get it though lol. Nothing more annoying than being looked at suspiciously because you belong to a certain tribe or place. Being Xhosa, other women automatically think I'm a man stealer & guys think, sex kitten grin Rawr! Very amusing stereotypes are sometimes hey.

Money is very important in life, no point pretending it isn't. Plus I'm too old to be running around with someone without two pennies to rub together, to spark up the embers of love tongue

There's none at the moment because everyone is trying to survive, to live another day. Much bigger fish to fry, so to speak.

Lol they have even imported white cheer leaders for their cricket games, forget if we compare with other countries we blacks are the least when it comes to sucking up to white people,we just love to rant about white people cause of the racial issues and our history with them

That doesn't surprise me at all that they did that. They love everything to do with fair skin. You'll be hearing someone talking about how "fair & like a white man/woman" someone is. They even bleach. There's an Indian salon right around the corner from where I live. Outside there's a board offering "skin whitening facials". LOL!

Hmmm i would love to learn though sounds like incantations, imagine using that language for bedroom voice grin

so before I used to think south Africa was all Zulu and "mzansi" and those people in "Gods must be crazy" I think khoisans or san is the appropriate term can't remember(heard bushmen is offensive)

Yeah Nigeria is very diverse, just that Yoruba and igbos are much with hausa/Fulani being the largest and the first two spend all the time on the internet doing ethnic quarrels and others ethnic issues, well we are found in Edo state,we are related to the benins kind of how scotish is related to english we both and others make up the edo people which makes up the tribes that encompassed the former benin kingdom,we are very friendly and hospitable, and travel a lot,we have a lot of our people in the west especially europe and some in SA too

Sorry to ask ohh is it true that Xhosa women love money?

I think I've heard of Edo before, the wizardry HQ of Nigeria, isn't it? grin Good to know. They sound like great people.

Of course we love money, who doesn't? Xhosa women are just more upfront & unpretentious about it. Poverty is a disease.
