Its seems like the poster was not pleased that's why she said "most women have had these experiences" and she's right. We know what happens when women are imported from Nigeria to meet men over here. It mostly ends up sour. #BraggingRights for some though. @ OP: As ladies get older, we increase our activities at Church and most men at Church ain't no better. My friend was fighting with a lady over a guy in the choir. The guy was two-timing, married a different lady and brought her into the same choir.  On sundays, I don't know how they all get along. Crazy! This is the same lady that I tried to hook up with a friend. She complained that he sounds like 'Nna Bros' on the phone and refused to date him. lolz.1 Like |

There are no rules to snag that perfect husband. In my early 20s, my mum asked me to start praying for a husband. I'm like, what?? *embarrassed face* But she explained that its not an act of desperation, but specifically asking God for the type of man you'd like. It works because you gradually become the type of woman he'd like. Guess it worked! Start praying.I'll ask you to evaluate your lifestyle, social skills and how people view you (take caution as you thrust your pelvis on dance floors). Make yourself approachable, still go out and have fun. You're right that no man will come to your living room to ask you out. Wear a smile and start conversations with guys you like. I.Joan: Lolz. Interesting! Ma'am, UncleNice is right. You need to be forward about it. Have you tried EDITED? They hire International students. Go to their website EDITED, click on careers at the top and select your school from the drop down menu and apply for the EDITED - Temp position. That's the easiest way to get a job at there. It took my big cousin 2 days to get a response. Although he has gotten his SSN and wants to quit the job already. Haha! I can send you his sample resume if you need it. Make sure you include keywords from the job listing. |

You guys - Saw this wall thingy at TJ Maxx with nice wordings, but did not get it cos' its expensive (I think ? ) for $39.99 plus tax. Maybe Mamacita will buy 2 for US. YAY!! - The black one. Would be nice above one's bed. Whenever you're having bad days, positive words could change your mood. #SellingPoint Hope its worth it.

Just curious to know if anyone has done this. The idea is, just as you offer your first fruit of labor to God, likewise it is encouraged, not mandatory to offer your wedding night as a first fruit of marriage. Basically, a newly wedded couple should abstain from intimacy on their wedding night and instead spend the night singing praises, and giving thanks in prayer. My pastors wife encouraged this "oath" or "offering" at pre-marital class. Although, some guys were straight up honest, " NO!". They weren't smiling.  I think its a good way to start off married life (to pray against mis-fortunes, to pray for unborn children, ...etc). "Bring the best of the first fruits of your soil to the house of the Lord your God" (Ex. 23:19). Has anyone ever pledged to do this?15 Likes |

Lovin' this brilliant article! Like some women, I'm not comfortable with the terms 'feminist" and "feminism" because it easily translates into anti-male or man-hater, and being 100% submissive to Mr. XYZ, I don't identify with that. So what are catchy words to replace those? -- Strong woman, driven, great mum with a mind of her own? I guess! As women, we strive to find a balance between 'home-maker' and 'woman-in-the-suit'. What makes this all so sweet is having a real man as a leader. One that understands your vision as person. My thoughts are deep. I'm a woman with strong presence and personality. Often times, it could make some boyz uneasy, but men wouldn't. Last week, I jokingly told Mr. XYZ that I'd love to be a stay-home mum, exercise and watch TV all day, and he said "Naa ... When I was younger, used to shop at asos /topshop dot com or greatglam dot com (everyone wears the same clothes and I didn't like that). |
