Family / Re: What Functional Role Do Mosquitoes Play In The Earth's Ecosystem by ZeroOneTribe: 11:33am On Apr 21, 2022
You should have googled this, lots of economic importance.
Their lava (young ones) for instance are food for plankton, plankton are food for small fishes and prawns, and they in turn are food for bigger fishes.

A certain county in the US fumigated their environment against mosquitos, suddenly all the fishes in their river disappeared.

Agriculture / A Modern Approach To Agriculture by ZeroOneTribe: 4:39pm On Apr 08, 2022
The farm-cities we are developing in the previous topic isn’t just for food production. Our goal is to make each farm a research center for a particular agricultural need and to control food production, storage, processing, distribution and control across the country.
The farm as well as the mini-city it’s built behind will have a storage center for preservation and storage of agro produce. This will help in ensuring food sufficiency all through the year.
A processing center will be built for food processing and then handed over for distribution.
May I introduce a new digital agro funding process? The agro –voucher can be used for agro funding. It’s simple, you buy the voucher for a particular food class, let's say rice for, N1000. The voucher shows a planting date and harvest date, then shows estimated return on investment. Now, by the harvest date, an official return on investment amount will be announced for that voucher batch. So the voucher you bought for, N1000 is now worth N1400. Once the harvest date is due, you can go into any of our affiliate stores or online and buy rice for up to the new worth of the card.
So you can gift the card, sell it, trade it in for something else or just keep it as savings for the validity period, let’s say another 6 months.
This way we can raise enough funds to mechanize our farming and produce enough to maintain all year supply at fixed prices.
Each farm will be optimized to carter for a particular set of agro produce, they also help local farmers in funding, through the use of extension agents, machinery lease, mentoring, storage, sell, and even export of excess production. This way the local farmer does not sell at loss, get exploited by middle men or record crop failures as we carry out soil evaluations and other research before, during and after plating pro bono for them.

Jobs/Vacancies / Creating Jobs With Purpose Driven Agro-tech Real Estate by ZeroOneTribe: 2:49pm On Mar 31, 2022
Just like the solution for corruption will employ over 10,000 legal practitioners, Digital Agriculture will create jobs like it’s going out of fashion.

We will raise a 1000 acre of modern farms in each local government area of Nigeria, employing over directly over 1000 persons each and 3000 indirectly.

That’s over 1000 x 774 = 774,000 directly employed and 2,322,000 indirectly employed.

I know you have questions, where will the money come from and what kind of farm employs 1000 persons? I have answers to that.

It’s not just a farm; we are building a new city with a farm in the backyard. It’s my belief that a city should be able to feed itself, remember Covid-19 anyone?

Yes, real estate will pay for it and real estate will employ the bulk of persons.

Let me paint a scenario, We go to an LGA, we ask for 1000 acres of land for agriculture and real estate for outright purchase. Let’s say they sell an acre for N600,000, that’s N100,000 a plot (This is being generous and adjusting for future inflation). So 600 Million for 1000 acres right, now divide that amount to 1 million members of Zero One Tribe (I’m very optimistic we will reach this number in record time).

So each member just have to invest N600 only. What if I tell them, I can double your investment in 6 months, whatever you invest, you’ll get double of it in six months, relax I have a plan.

With this each member may invest on average 10,000 Naira seeing our success with the legal insurance program, this won’t be hard to sell, so at the end we raise 10 billion Naira, so we can get this across 16 local governments at the same time.

So how do I pay back what I owe and with interest thereof? Sell some lands. We get regional planners, real estate managers, architects, civil engineers etc to plan a modern smart city incorporated with ultra modern farming system. That means the land is directly livable in 6 months tops, and these properties has just become prime real estate overnight.

So the property we bought for 100,000 is now worth 1 million in less than 1 month with prospect of increasing as we start developing the smart city.

We sell 30% of the properties, which means 300 acres on average of 1 million each. That’s 18000 plots by 1 million which equals 1.8 billion for each site, multiply this by 16 LGA, that’s 28.8 billion Naira. With this we can pay back our debt of 10 billion with its 10 billion interests and still have 8.8 billion left and 70% of our real estate properties. We do this for every local government area, accounting for differences in cost and land availability too.

Everybody is happy, and now we start developing.

I believe you can see how this is achievable, and the employment potentials has, I will use this as reference to other solutions these farm-cities will provide in the subsequent chapters. Just keep reading.
Crime / The Easiest Way To Curtail Corruption In Nigeria by ZeroOneTribe: 2:43pm On Mar 31, 2022
We will create a platform where any member of the public can register and subscribe to a legal insurance depending on their level of income.

Take for instance, a single mother of 1 child earning a minimum wage of N30,000 will have to pay N500 monthly to subscribe to this program. By so doing, she has access to the best legal representation the organization can present for any case at any level. She also has access through her mobile app or WhatsApp to legal advice on any case before taking action. Now she is emboldened to demand for her right, no matter the social standing of the other party.

Multiply this same instance to at least 1 million Nigerians and in 6 months, a saner society will start to emerge, those who oppress and scheme out others due to their social standing will think twice, because anybody can sue and have the legal resource to see it to the end.

This will also embolden citizens to speak out against corruption without fear of being persecuted. Political leaders will have a new kind of pressure to perform as citizens will not just be speaking on social media but through the courts in class action lawsuits.

Suddenly, actions will start having consequences no matter your social standing; the voiceless will start speaking out and heard as it should.

This simple digital solution may not eradicate corruption as no single society is free of it, but will go a long way in dealing with the impunity with which it is perpetrated.

Once we launch the platform, anyone can register and immediately be covered by our legal insurance; monthly subscription amount is based on monthly income range which can be selected on registration. Under-representation of income by up to 3 income ranges may lead to suspension of account or denial of service. The difference in subscription rate is to bring all members of public on board the scheme, no matter the financial background. The pricing template will be based off the minimum wage of N30,000 and at N500 subscription fee per month.

Once registered, the user will be directed to watch and pass video courses on the app or platform, the videos are designed to teach the user basic fundamental rights, how and when to exercise them, then followed by ones showing how to use the platform. After the video course, the user will be assigned a direct contact to an attorney and instructed on when to contact them.

The administrative section will be manned by seasoned legal practitioners on part or full employment; IT heads for continuous improvement and user ergonomics. Of course, HR, accounting and other managerial office will be put in place to ensure smooth running and sustainability.

A call center and WhatsApp support will be made available for emergency situations, manned by knowledgeable legal practitioners too.

In the future, the organization will build her legal academy and offer scholarships to intending and upcoming legal practitioners. The goal is to transform fresh legal graduates into seasoned attorneys in as little time as possible to ensure proper coverage of the growing subscriber base.

We need a minimum of 10 Million Naira to get started with this program.
