I have tried to call the embassy helpline but it’s not going through. I have also sent an email to support-Nigeria@ustraveldocs.com, but I keep getting a computer generated response stating that they believe I need help with creating profile, meanwhile I want to correct my name on the profile.

Also, I am unable to use the provide feedback option on the cgi profile, because it states that I have a pending case of trying to create a profile.

Please advice.

Good morning house, I need help on how to correct my name on my cgi profile. I mistakenly put my email in place of my Last name and I have been unable to correct it. I have paid visa fee and booked and appointment date before I noticed the error
