Whatsapp has been blocking my numbers since 3 days ago and each time I request for review they will unblock.
So today I decided to register the number I have never use before on Whatsapp and within 20 munites Whatsapp blocked it. Here is they're feedback. So Whatsapp system is not safe?

Not sure what happened here or why thier system would "accidentally" blacklist your number, but I suspect it was a bug/logical error (either some conditions that needed to be relaxed a bit or some words/patterns that needed to remove from thier user auditing module). They probably stored your IP and/or other connection details after your number was first blocked. So when you used a different SIM with the same connection details, the system automatically blocked it again (which is a good measure). I see how the presence of such logical error could cast a shadow of doubt on the reliability of the system, but I'm struggling to understand how it implies the app is not safe. If anything, it could be interpreted to be overly strict.
