I recharged my line 2348026359499 on the 27th of jan, 2017 with NGN200 through ATM quick teller. I was credited with the airtime and i used it to subscribe for airtel 80mb of which airtel debited me and didn't deliver the service. I called their customer care line and they told me that it will be rectified in less than 12hrs. Its been more than 24hrs now and am yet to get my paid service. I had this same issue with airtel ng on my previous sim, i dropped the sim when I got fed up with their silly excuses. Please let them either refund me my hard earned NGN200 or credit my account with 80mb.
