As shared on his fb page."By His Grace we are back From Colombia today With IGP where we attended the International Congress on Kidnapping and Extortion. Ideas and experiences were Shared with Senior Officers from Same Field all Across the World and Much was Learnt from Colombia who brought down Kidnapping from 3700 Reported Cases per year in 2007 to less than 200 Kidnappings per year now".
