Hello dear nairalanders, I lost my dad last year September and yes he died testate, but my half siblings refuse having any meeting as regards to his properties, so does any one have an idea if it takes years before a will is read? They only share a lump sum of cash to me whenever they feel like and yet they have refused to contact me as regards to the will, before I take up any legal action is it advisable I hold on still for a year or I summon them 1 Like |
