The governorship election case in Kano is not like those cases that has to do with over voting or if election results was capture by the BVAS machine and uploaded to the INEC irev portal for public view, but it just has to do with INEC staff not able to use INEC stamps on all the voting materials in the polling unit, which may be because INEC didn't had enough ink for the INEC stamps. This are things which also happen in the presidential election.
If the people of those affected polling unit didn't do anything wrong in exercising their right to vote, and they also register in those polling unit, then it doesn't make sense for the judiciary to use technicality to cancel their votes.
I'll predict the supreme Court to confirm the victory of the NNPP governor of Kano, or cancel the election

As long as ballots papers doesn't have PO stamp, sign and date on it, its invalid votes According to sections 163 of the electoral act 2022. There is different between personal opinion and what is already in the constitution. Personal opinion voters are not to be blamed, while constitutionally it's invalid

If the votes without stamps and dates are all for Nnpp and not entirely from all the polling units like all votes for nnpp for a polling unit doesn’t have stamps or dates meaning they are all smuggled ballot papers , nnpp caught in the act of election manipulation no case even a lay man knows that

But it's not every time judges do exactly on what is written in the Nigeria constitution, sometimes they reason before passing their judgement, as in the case of Ahmed lawan and the 25% of votes in the FCT

So to you now. You just want the judge to overlook the constitution and declare NNPP as winner base on your preference 😀😀🤣🤣😀

Many of you people that accuse judiciary are more worst than them

In the case of lawan, machina failed to prove that he won the primary while according to the constitution,25% in fct isn't compulsory
