Are you saying you can't make a transfer to the hospital/doctor from your Nigerian account, just because you're in Mali?

Please brother i swear by Allah I am not lying about this issue, im a transporter that carry goods to different Countries around West Africa. I didn't want to start explaining a very long story about how I got to the point of seeking help in this manner and trust me if I was trying to use this as a scam i would have prepared any ; possible means to show whatever proof to convince people but the truth is I don't have any proof here in Mali and if not that it is piyments that is delaying my trip back home i would have been so much happy to be around my wife through everything and in the condition she is I can't be telling her to send me things to proof myself as i don't even want her to know how i have come to beg in a public place for help so that she doesn't start stressing out and develop high blood pressure in this condition. Please if you can just find a place in your heart to trust me and help me for the sake of the pain my wife is going through and the life of the baby we have been wanting for many years, I promise in the name of Allah that I will forever be grateful to you and i will not fail to pay back once I return please.

Please brother the reason I am yet to leave back home is because of the delay we are having with our payments that is why I don't have money to send right now if not I would have been able to send money but I don't have as they have not released our money yet till next week that is why I decided to seek help here
