Demaejy: @desmond Demaejy, as you can understand I haven't said anything wrong here, I asked for advise and received it. Other NL's asked for guidelines and questions, I answered the ones I know, that guy mikolo whose real name is michael olaitan and picture as well started puking and throwing abuses to me, anywhere am too big for such things, all forgotten. I was told today to get my Birth Certificate Legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and also at the Netherlands Embassy, I was also told to get a Birth Certificate from the National Population Commission, do you guys know how to go about it because I was told its very essencial. I got weeks to get them ready. Please advise is still needed.......Peace!!! 1 Like |

Tuition fee in Netherlands for international students costs ranging from 6000 Euro to 8000 Euro. Nothing less than that according to my research. 2. NO, the Netherlands doesnt require any Application Fee. 3. All Tuition fees are to be paid before arrival into the Netherlands. 4. YES the its now a policy that all Universities that accepts international students are required by the Law to apply for the MVV Visa/Resident Permit on behalf of the international student who must have completed all the necessary requirements to be able to qualify he/her the ability to have the University apply for the MVV/Resident Permit on the student's behalf. Recently for you to be qualified for the University to apply for Visa on your behalf, they now have what is called a Financial Guarantee, this means transferring your Tuition Fee alongside your 6months accommodation/living expenses in Netherlands straight to the University's Bank Account. 5. As for the documents required, go through all my posts and you should get all the necessary documents that i used in Applying. I will advice you apply to Avans University. Goodluck..... |

@ desmond, i have few corrections to the below; 1) tuition fee is between 11,000-15,000 euro.... the person that posted this question should check the school he is applying to biko!!!!, internet is not just for facebook and twitter. 2)Almost all schools in the netherland require application fee, although they refund you when you arrive, but my school has stopped this refund, i dont know if other schools are still refunding, poster check the details for the school u are applying to, everything is written in black and white there oga 3)You are not expected to pay the fees before arrival, but you are expected to transfer the fees to the school account as proof, naija statements are not accepted, so therefore and indirectly you are expected to pay the fees.4) correct 5)correct Poster pls dont ask me any questions that the answers are clearly stated in the school's website p.desmond: |

learn: @ desmond, i have few corrections to the below; @ Learn, If you have read my previous posts properly you would have understood that all my statements are correct. 1. The Tuition Fee is around 6000-8000 Euros, then there is what is currently demanded and that is Financial Guarantee, its suppose to include your MVV Visa /Resident Permit Fee, Accommodation for 3months, insurance for 1year, and that's what amounted to 10,000-13000 Euros to be Transferred to Dutch Bank Account so as to enable then proof to the IND Office that you are properly insured so that your Visa can be Approved within 3-6weeks without excuses. 2. Point of correction, No Netherlands University require application Fee, go do your research, I applied for more than 10 Universities in Netherlands before I was Offered an Admission even Saxion University, Erasmus University, Avans University, etc NEVER requested for Application Fee so maybe it was so during your time but not like that anymore. 3. There is NO University in Netherlands that allows you to Pay your Tuition Fee seperately as long as you are requiring an MVV Visa/Resident Permit before you could study at any University in Netherlands, that Law haven't been too long it was implemented. So you Transfer what is called a Financial Guarantee. Hope its now understood for those who are interested. Am at the stage of Visa. No longer applying. I didnt go ahead with the process. I had a change of mind after doing some research on the school i applied to. ( Wittenborg university). Its a private uni with less than 200 students. I figured if i should be spending all that money then i deserve something better. Im still looking at better schools in Germany and the Netherlands. Hopefully by next session i'll apply again. |
