I have noticed people don't eat this fruit too often,when was the last time you ate it?Even if you ate in recent times what is the time interval between when you last ate.As for me i think it was two months back.

just finished eating apple now,, i ate aleast 8 apples in a week

Had a few last month. I like it but don't really take it often. If not that it was even a gift sef, doubt I would have had it anytime soon.

But i manage apple too because my son likes it and it has to be included in my daughter's lunch pack. So the one she doesn't eat in school is for mum. That's how i eat it but left to me, I'd never taste it.

You know, it's so annoying how expensive the healthy stuff are and cheap for the the unhealthy ones. Went into the market to buy some mangoes and they practically sold them a quid each. Funny thing is, I do love them so, even though having more than one a day can easily give me loose bowels.
