Please, i need your help. I have been trying to install my PC Suite but whenever i plug my cable into my PC to connect with the PC Suite. It brings out the Error occured while installing this device. This means, it can`t install the Parent USB which is needed. Please, i need your help ASAP.

unistall d pc suite den reinstall (get a fresh copy if u downloaded it if possible) d follow d connection wizzard but mk sure u dont connect d cable until it says so or afta installing d pc suite

try restarting the system

@poster look your window and see if it is xp3 just formart it and put xp2 coz service pack3 always bring error,1 love

I did try uninstalling it and reinstall but it still fails and bring the error.

ok look if your usb cable good?if yes just uninstall it and install it again
