Why do we have to call hitv/dstv millions of time before they would activate our subscription after we have paid,I paid for my Hitv last week friday  since then i have been calling them every 30min and still my subscrition has not been activated,the same with Dstv,after you have paid you will have to call them hundreds time before they would activate your subscription and the worse is that,their customer service is unlike the mtn or glo,i have spent up to #2000 since friday calling them and just this morning they picked my call and they promise to activate it  in few secs now its 3hrs
