please i need a little help,cos i don't know what i installed on my system thinking i was updating my sysytem and there's this ask for genuine system microsoft software on my system and i would love to get rid of it,anytime i put up my wall paper it removes it,whenever i put my system on it comes up on the screen start up and tells me that i might be a victicm of using a counterfeit os,pls how do i get rid of this.thanks,my email is drwhopl@yahoo.co.uk.
