Good morning sorry for the late response sir,

P0171 is all about your intake sir and recirculation system

Possible cause of the code can be:

MAF sensor
Dirty or clogged Fuel filter
Attention to tune up Services
PCV and Vaccum Hoses proper checking also

P2195 is more similar to the P0171
Possible causes are

O2 sensor.
fuel pressure regulator.
A leaking injector.
A cracked intake air tube.
Cleaning or replacing the mass airflow sensor if contaminated.

So you can see they are more connected and from experience correcting the first will clear the second code also.

For more information you can ask on the platform or contact me directly on WhatsApp

Yes, because the engine becomes too cold due to free flow of coolant into the chamber. The engine run on rich mixture

A lot could actually caused it from O2 sensors, to bad air flow to faulty catalyst converter to clogged or dirty air filter... So boss scan and lets know where to tackle the issue.

My check engine light had not come on in over 9 months.
1st time it did, I scan and thermostat was identified as bad and I changed it. ( can't rem the code that came after scanning).

Last week Monday while going to work, I noticed the car jerking and then went back to normal, afterward it jerked again and I had to switch of the AC.
The check engine light came on and I scanned on Wednesday I got P0300, P0301 &P0303.
Thursday morning while I filled my tank and also added fuel treatment
On Saturday, the spark coils where check and found good but the plugs had carbon, they were all brushed and cleaned. I will resend on Monday.
Now the can is working fine now.
But my fuel consumption still remains at 13mpg

Hello all, The Code P2068,P0463, P0464, These are Fuel Level Sensor or Circuit issues.

What Is Fuel Level Sensor?

The fuel level sensor is mounted in the fuel level sensor unit. The sensor detects a fuel level in the fuel tank and transmits a signal to the Engine Control Module (ECM). The fuel level sensor consists of two parts, one is mechanical float and the other side is variable resistor. The fuel level sensor output voltage changes depending on the movement of the fuel mechanical float.

Symptoms of A Failing/Bad Fuel Level Sensor

Erratic fuel guage display
Or fuel empty signal even when you have fuel in the tank.

Solution

Change the sensor and you are good to go

Sir can you chat me up.

But from experience your Throttle Body is likely the fault. Is your Throttle control by cable or electronic?
About the jerking sir you need tune up Services.

But in all sir I have to run diagnosis sir.

The gear oil is leaking, i took it to a mechanic and he did it but still leaking.

Also the check light is on.

It's just over six months I bought it as tokunbo. All has been good except this oil leakage.

Boss it depends on the location? But mostly when tranny oil is leaking the tranny oil pump is the culprit

But I will be at Ibadan on Saturday I can come over to run diagnosis

P2716 - Faulty pressure Control Solenoid 'D' Electrical Shift Solenoid Valve SLT

The Linear Solenoid Valve (SLT) control the transmission line pressure for smooth transmission operation based on signals from the throttle position sensor and the vehicle speed sensor. The Engine Control Module (ECM) adjusts the duty ratio of the SLT solenoid valve to control the hydraulic line pressure coming from the primary regulator valve. Appropriate line pressure assures smooth shifting with varying engine outputs.

Possible causes

What does this mean?

Faulty Shift Solenoid Valve SLT

Shift Solenoid Valve SLT remain open

Shift Solenoid Valve SLT remain open harness is open or shorted

Shift Solenoid Valve SLT circuit poor electrical connection

Valve body is blocked

Possible Symptoms

Check Engine Light
Erratic Gear Ratio

Solution

Changing the Valve body or changing the specific Solenoid or total changing of the transmission system

Introducing Polytron MTC

Am going to be comparing engine treated with Polytron MTC with engine without Polytron MTC.
Most cars in Nigeria are service with mineral oils and some even lesser quality oil. The visible evidence of Engine without Polytron Treatment is excessive damaging sludge formation due to excessive misuse of non recommended oil and non compliant servicing procedure.
New Polytron MTC technology (Micro Lubrication of Metal Surfaces) was developed to reduce the tear and wear of Engine Metal components by 95%, thus prevent Engines from untimely death and also save you from expensive engine part Replacement or repairs and frequent break downs.

Just like it is once quoted here "Preventive maintenance better than Corrective Maintenance".

Polytron MTC can be apply to all Gasoline and Diesel Engines.

Please how much is toyota rav4 2002 engine
Re: Mechanic Roundtable by Blackbishop(m): 1:16pm On Aug 02, 2020
Good day house,
Continuation on Polytron MTC

Advantages of Using Polytron Treatment

• Vehicle response gives a feeling of being "light" and "quick"
• Smoother rise in RPM
• Better fuel efficiency
• Increased top end RPMs
• Increased idle RPMs
• Less decrease in speed going up a hill at a constant accelerator pressure.
• Many users have claimed they could now negotiate hills without downshifting
• Quieter and smoother engine
• Overall improved engine response and quicker acceleration
• Easier cold weather starting than previously experienced
•When rings are fouled or frozen, the car uses oil. Dispersants in the engine should release these fouled or frozen rings, which could decrease oil consumption

In the event that Polytron additive is added to a dirty engine, the dispersants will suspend much of the residue in the engine oil after a very short time after Polytron is added. This oil should be changed after 1,500-2000 km and our product should be added at a ratio of 10% of engine crankcase capacity. Please remember that the contaminants made the oil dirty, not the Polytron product.

10 WAYS POLYTRON IS CUTTING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE COSTS AND IMPROVING PERFORMANCE

Polytron products are different from any other lubricant or additive, using proprietary metallurgical technology to smooth and harden mating surfaces at microscopic levels to reduce friction and wear by up to 95%.

From industrial machinery to fleet cars, adding Polytron to motor oil or lubricant dramatically improves performance and extends equipment life while slashing fuel, oil and maintenance costs.

Here’s how Polytron does it.
1. Eliminates 95% of Engine and Equipment Wear, Extends Life by 400% To 700%

Polytron’s field-tested technology eliminates the microscopic irregularities which create friction between moving surfaces. By hardening and smoothing mating surfaces, Polytron practically eliminates friction and wear, extending engine life.

2. Keeps Moving Parts Clean of Varnish and Carbon Deposits

Carbon and varnish buildup on valves, pistons and other surfaces is virtually eliminated, slashing maintenance costs and eliminating unexpected downtime due to clogged fuel injectors or sub-optimal engine performance. Fuel system life can be extended by 200%.

3. Extends Oil Service Life and Oil Change Intervals by 300% To 600%

Polytron’s extreme friction reduction technology keeps internal engine parts clean and intact, which reduces the metal particles in motor oil, extending oil life. Longer oil service life means less frequent oil changes, which means you are ordering less oil and spending less staff time on maintenance.

4. Provides Temporary Protection in the Event of Oil or Coolant Loss

By smoothing and hardening mating surfaces to eliminate friction, engines continue to function normally following catastrophic oil or coolant loss, allowing time to self-transport to repair facilities, preventing expensive damage (often leading to equipment replacement) and extended downtime.

5. Lowers Operating Temperature and Fuel Consumption

Carbon buildup affects operating temperature and reduces fuel economy. Polytron keeps engines free of buildup and reduces operating temperatures, cutting fuel costs and helping avoid heat-related damage and breakdowns.

6. Lowers Equipment Maintenance Costs up To 65%

By reducing the need for oil changes, reducing carbon buildup, lowering operating temperatures, eliminating wear and guarding against damage due to oil or coolant loss, Polytron can cut overall maintenance costs by as much as 65%.

7. Makes Combustion Cleaner and More Efficient

Less friction and wear, cooler operating temperatures and no carbon buildup mean efficient combustion and much cleaner emissions. This could mean passing a smog test easier or gaining a competitive advantage if you run a large operation!

8. Maintains High Performance in Severe Conditions of Dust, Dirt, Moisture

By hardening and smoothing mating surfaces at the microscopic level and practically eliminating all friction, Polytron increases efficiency even in enabling the most severe operating environments. This makes Polytron the perfect solution for military equipment, mining equipment and other equipment operating in extreme conditions.

9. Effective in Transmissions, Differentials, Power Steering and More

Polytron can cut costs and improve performance in any equipment requiring lubrication of mating surfaces.

10. Cuts Operating Costs for Fleet Cars, Light and Heavy-Duty Trucks, Marine Vessels, Mining Equipment, Farm Machinery and More

With its ability to improve efficiency through reduced friction and wear, extend oil life, improve fuel economy, reduce maintenance, reduce operating temperatures, produce cleaner emissions, and improve operability in severe environments, you can apply Polytron in virtually any setting and with any equipment.

Certified field studies and signed references continue to pour in to Polytron from around the world verifying the revolutionary performance and dramatic cost reductions we deliver in a wide range of industries.
