The same Barth Nnaji that was responsible for the shambolic privitazation of NEPA that threw us into where we are right now. Nigerians truly have a short memory. The solution is not a rocket science, gas production needs to increase to supply gas plants, then transmission infrastructure has to be upgraded to increase capacity, which was the purpose of the deal with Siemens. For long term solution, state governments should start working on the new electricity bill which the President signed into law.
