Pls i have a business with someone n he insist i give him a post dated cheque (3months), if it goes through,he cash d cheque,if it fails he refund d money. How do i go about this cus if i issue d cheque,what if he cash it that 3months time n refuse returning? There is an agreement on this actually |

What if the business doesn't goes through and he still presents your cheque in the bank and refuses to refund your money, what will happen? |
