AURA OF INFIDELITY
In June 1990 Emeka was then a senior student at United Secondary School Amuleto where he impregnated Bosede a female student of the same school. She was then in the junior class. Bosede father who was a Chief Superintendent of custom service was very, very angry and vow that he was going to punish Emeka severely. He immediately reported the case at Amuleto Police Station and Emeka was subsequently arrested and detained. However with the intervention of the elders and other prominent people in the community. Bosede father was persuaded to at least temper justice with mercy. After a prolong pleading from Emeka mother. Bosede father decided to have a rethink. It should be noted Emeka mother is a widow and Emeka was her only child she had before his father died when he fell from the top of palm kernel tree while trying to harvest palm kernel. Bosede father decided to sponsor Emeka education after he was told of the pathetic story of Emeka upbringing.
Throughout Emeka years at the University of Benin, it has been one slauder or the other. Bosede father has inueded of the unpalatable stories. He just felt he has issue of youthful exuberant that he would adjust to be a better person with age.
The marriage between Emeka and Bosede was planned to be one of the best in Amuleto community and to be a talk of the town for a long time to come. Nobody expected anybody to be inside the vehicle because the area was very isolated. The guests rushed to the area where the car was parked with the aim to prevent the car from being burnt by the live wire. Only to discover that Emeka and a girl who was one of his numerous girlfriends corpses were found completely naked electrocuted inside the car electrocuted.
