We need to wake up to our responsibilities, otherwise, International Institutions like IMF and World Bank will do our job of disciplinary action on Corrupt Organisations and Individuals for us and is too shameful! Tinubu's Govt - should tell us- why he has been foot- dragging on those MDAS-e g- Poverty Alieviation Ministry, etc. Why has it been difficult for Govt to fight this Corruption in Nigeria? |
Re: World Bank Blacklists 58 Nigerian Companies, Individuals Over Corruption by coputa(m): 10:02am On May 16 |
Bluntemperor:It is difficult for government to fight corruption in Nigeria because the government is corrupt itself, corruption is the government stock in trade |

coputa: USA is corrupt too. They bribe openly and call it lobbying or political lobist. It's only Africans that they would be persecuting. Even their government know that cryp-to-currency is a scam just as long as they pay tax and make big donations to BOTH leading parties. |

Nigeria and her people. Companies and individuals will collect mobilization and payments to deliver on a job, but will abscond after collecting money. These are the main issue. Despite the vetting and disclosures that organizations like World Bank and international agencies demands from contractors before awarding contracts to them, lots of contractors would go and forge those documents to get jobs, which they will later abandon after collecting money. |

Godsgift7837: What you don't know is that I've been to many countries - more than you can imagine. I have lived in the US for more than 35-years before I 'pada' and I am enjoying myself in my country -Nigeria than any country I've visited or lived. |

Timmi:Bros, I love Nigeria with all my heart. Even if I come this life again I will choose Nigeria over any other country. But let’s face the truth bros, are you happy with the country, no roads, no water, no electricity, no good schools and this are the basic things humans need. You can’t even buy a sport car in Nigeria on which road you go drive am. |

Godsgift7837:still the same thing your prayer is like a man praying God change him to woman or Woman praying God change him to man .. God will not answer him or her but it does not mean God can not do it . the only way to do it is to go do surgery , whatever your eyes sees you will bare it . Government will not allow you to go just like that, but if you insist and d try to force it, whatever your eyes see, you will bare it |

Nigeria or Biafra. but you may not need my advise because you have already made up your mind. so go ahead |

CountinBlessins:Is that right? Why not try typing "Nigeria" into the box on the World Bank page, and counting how many of the names are Yoruba vs. your kinsmen? https://www.worldbank.org/en/projects-operations/procurement/debarred-firms Your people outnumber the "fraudulent" Yorubas on the list by something like 10-1- showing the wisdom of the old adage about those living in glass houses not throwing stones. 1 Like |

Re: World Bank Blacklists 58 Nigerian Companies, Individuals Over Corruption by omohayek: 7:09pm On May 16 |
CountinBlessins:I'm "illiterate", yet you're the one stupid enough to spout rubbish about Yorubas dominating fraud, without even bothering to check if the facts would back up your bigoted nonsense? If that's what "illiterate" means in your upside-down dictionary, then yes, I'd rather be an "illiterate" any day than a low-IQ tribalist like you who shoots from the hip. 1 Like |
